    Dear jio what is the use of recharging so expensive when your internet is working worse than 2G. The network is in such a bad condition that despite having a jio tower within 1 kilometer, your network does not work well. Please find some solution🙏 @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Before roll out to end users you should think about it.. Can you refund the amount? If million of users watching cricket you should increase the bandwidth? Are you receiving a complaint first time No right.. Then why it's not being resolved

    @reliancejio @JioCare Hi, I'm using pixel 6a device and it does supports VoLTE but why there's no option showing in my jio network settings? While my secondary BSNL sim card supports VoLTE properly without an issue.

    Ported from BSNL to Jio. Got a call asking OTP to verify before SIM delivery. No message said OTP is post-delivery. Then got fake "delivered" SMS. Raised complaint via customer care. Such unethical staff are ruining Jio’s image. Very disappointed. @JioCare @reliancejio

    6 times I have called in 70 days to the worst useless laziest @Airtel_Presence customer care regarding hellotune, everytime I have to dat I'll vil get call back to solve my issue, still not even single call I received, wats really happening in airtel, @JioCare @ViCustomerCare

    @ACTFibernet Even a new connection doesn't take more than 12 hours but you have taken almost more than 1.5 days to resolve an issue with existing connection.. Kudos to your team.. Looks like its time to shift to @reliancejio or @airtelindia

    @ViCustomerCare what internet service you provide, utter rubbish... In case of any emergency not even a single msg you can drop in... Surely time to port @reliancejio pls share deets on how to perform.

    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare , your engineer has put SR00002GJ5M7 on hold as he could not fix it. Now I am neither able to reach your customer care team nor the engineer. my earlier service provider @ACTFibernet was better at least in customer service. You guys suck.
