    @JioCare Before roll out to end users you should think about it.. Can you refund the amount? If million of users watching cricket you should increase the bandwidth? Are you receiving a complaint first time No right.. Then why it's not being resolved

    @reliancejio @JioCare internet is not working last 25days now we very uncomfortable very bad service please solve this problem other wise we will change network.

    Dear jio what is the use of recharging so expensive when your internet is working worse than 2G. The network is in such a bad condition that despite having a jio tower within 1 kilometer, your network does not work well. Please find some solution🙏 @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Nothing gonna be happen....itne saare already complain hai aapki service ko lekr...jaha new installation ki bat aaegi vaha engineer adhe gante m pahuch jaega.... I'm really frustrated and now I'm going to take legal action

    @JioCare For 2 years, u guys are saying this, not giving any resolution. I'm very much frustrated, neither @airtelindia installing fiber nor @reliancejio . Jio fiber is available nearby my area for 2 years, but not installing in my area. I'll pay extra money every month, please install.

    @JioCare Did a sim replacement today after going to the jio store and it got activated within few mins but still the same issue. Although my Vodafone works just fine as a secondary sim .
