    Dear jio what is the use of recharging so expensive when your internet is working worse than 2G. The network is in such a bad condition that despite having a jio tower within 1 kilometer, your network does not work well. Please find some solution🙏 @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare internet is not working last 25days now we very uncomfortable very bad service please solve this problem other wise we will change network.

    @JioCare Before roll out to end users you should think about it.. Can you refund the amount? If million of users watching cricket you should increase the bandwidth? Are you receiving a complaint first time No right.. Then why it's not being resolved

    Now this ****** @JioCare is avoiding me. after taking service fee for my jio airfiber this **** company didn't provided any service. and from last 1 month they didn't refund my money. Its been over 75 days when i paid 3k rs to them. Refund my money. @timesofindia @BBCBreaking

    it's been nearly 6 days , the Fiber internet is not working & @airtelindia is jsut assigning the technician, who don't even care to contact. Resolution is just imaginary !! @reliancejio @JioCare - I miss your prompt resolution, never in 4 year had such long disruption !

    @JioCare How do you understand our concern? It's been 6days, 50calls, several tweets and emails in past 6days but JIO is in deep sleep. Customer support guys are illiterate & incompetent to do anything ,we have already paid so, what should a customer do?We are stuck with JIO, so helpless.

    @JioCare I am aware about this, i need resolution, not any random instruction, why the internet is still down? The engineer was supposed to visit today but he was not able to? Why? Will he come tomorrow? How to check this?

    @reliancejio @JioCare Poor! Are you really trying to solve my issue? I have been complaining about the internet issue for a year now, will you refund me the recharge money or fix it? How the hell am I supposed to study with this poor connectivity. Case ID : CI00007KPEZ6
