    Dear jio what is the use of recharging so expensive when your internet is working worse than 2G. The network is in such a bad condition that despite having a jio tower within 1 kilometer, your network does not work well. Please find some solution🙏 @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare That’s incorrect information being shared by Jio’s social media team. On ground, there’s nothing being done. Your technicians don’t visit and if they do, they come unprepared! They carry no equipment or spares! It’s shameful and hopeless situation! Jio service is virtually fake!

    @TRAI Is there any minimum speed and network regulation set for 4g connection in India. I think @reliancejio is cheating it's customers by not providing us with even enough network to make a call without disturbance due to bad connection.

    @JioCare Same idiotic text message has just come from Jio that our advisor was able to solve your problem? I didn’t receive any call or visit! Internet speed is as pathetic as it has been for the past three weeks!

    @JioCare @JioCare There is no resolution yet. No engineer has reached out. It's been almost 48 hours since I lost broadband connectivity. Been more than 24 hours since the third Service Request for the same issue has been opened.
