    @JioCare Before roll out to end users you should think about it.. Can you refund the amount? If million of users watching cricket you should increase the bandwidth? Are you receiving a complaint first time No right.. Then why it's not being resolved

    Don't use Jio app for recharge or else you will do double recharge and it will show only one recharge. Worst payment system of @JioCare which dress double amount and most importantly you have no way to contact customer care as it does not exist

    @reliancejio there is severe problem of call drop in Karampura area. Repeated complaints have been made but no remedy provided. Will someone look into this seriously else need to hop on to other networks

    @JioCare Jio care is not good shopping daily since 4 days they are changing the delivery. date one by one date extend. On wbatsapp no complaint option whatever we text they donot understand

    @reliancejio network in our area is poor, I tried to complain through toll free no but automated system tells that slow speed of internet is temporary issue due to increased usages in the area. This is happening from past few months. Telecaller is not available.Where to go?

    Hey Folks! Don't ever go for JioFiber service the internet is bad. @JioCare is worst. "Team wants customers to have patience, which is never ending. Resolution not received even after 100 hours of complaint. @reliancejio @TRAI #poorservice
