    @JioCare Before roll out to end users you should think about it.. Can you refund the amount? If million of users watching cricket you should increase the bandwidth? Are you receiving a complaint first time No right.. Then why it's not being resolved

    @JioCare What's with you auto-deactivation for Jio FIber if not recharged for 20 days? What if I'm out of town and not using it for some time? I don't see any mention of these policies anywhere on your website. Also, this is an issue in Mumbai while not an issue in Lucknow. How??

    @JioCare Kindly plz provide your fiber service at Sumel 7 bus. Park Rakhiyal Ahmedbad-380023 where more than 700 shoppers are worked their, Also they were tired with existing net service providers.

    @JioCare So here is the latest. Twice I opened tickets.twice the ticket gets changed to resolved without anyone attending the issue. I am tired. Please just tell me what do I need to do to get some service. A router needs to be changed and I need to literally beg to get someone to help.!!

    @JioCare My internet is not working for 10 days now because of congestion in the area and Jio is not able to resolve it. If I do not get refund of my money in 3 days the I'll be constrained to file consumer complaint

    @JioCare Service person visited and suggested to change the location of modem which will require Little drilling and suggested to get the done with help of any electrician. Can Jio not do this ?
