    Dear jio what is the use of recharging so expensive when your internet is working worse than 2G. The network is in such a bad condition that despite having a jio tower within 1 kilometer, your network does not work well. Please find some solution🙏 @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Before roll out to end users you should think about it.. Can you refund the amount? If million of users watching cricket you should increase the bandwidth? Are you receiving a complaint first time No right.. Then why it's not being resolved

    @JioCare since last 7 days given too many request for MNP to jio and got too many OTP for calling. But not till today no executive contacted me. Such a shame should be.. waste network. Before port in such a bad experience after port in what would be.. #9450233272

    @JioCare Engineer visited on my premises and told me that problem on router and will take approx 2hrs. They don't even carry a spare with them... Such a poor service....

    @reliancejio @JioCare facing severe network issue at Andheri East MIDC Mumbai area. Call are being constantly dropped, phone are unreachable. Inspite of having active plan AI Troubleshooting showing I don’t have active plan , pls resolve as I can’t even make call to CC

    @abhishek @reliancejio Same here sir. I found it really hard to find a person who was willing to buy a Jio Phone for which I had paid Rs.500 (that too after nearly a year)... Luckily, I got my 500 back, but it was indeed a SCAM. Khoob chakkar lagaye Jio office ke, but never got a solution.

    @abhishek_r_h @JioCare @reliancejio If u r using any other carrier just get a recharge top up of 10 rupees this will enable to send SMS. I too faced the same issue
