@JioCare Before roll out to end users you should think about it.. Can you refund the amount? If million of users watching cricket you should increase the bandwidth? Are you receiving a complaint first time No right.. Then why it's not being resolved

@JioCare I’ve got the connection now, but I still want to narrate the whole incident, so that no other customer faces this again. Call me anytime between 11am and 4 pm anyday. Bad experience fir a small issue which was finally handled

@JioCare Still no revert from your team. Please note:- if not installed in next one hour,you have to cancel my order and also revert my fiber plan to 699 plan from 999 and refund rest along with tax.
