@JioCare Before roll out to end users you should think about it.. Can you refund the amount? If million of users watching cricket you should increase the bandwidth? Are you receiving a complaint first time No right.. Then why it's not being resolved

Dear jio what is the use of recharging so expensive when your internet is working worse than 2G. The network is in such a bad condition that despite having a jio tower within 1 kilometer, your network does not work well. Please find some solution🙏 @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare My fiber connections network speed is so slow. When It was a free trial the speed was extremely good now in 100mbps speed paid one I hardly get 3mbps. It keeps fluctuating sometimes I get speed and sometimes doesn’t but majority of time I don’t get.
