    @reliancejio @JioCare internet is not working last 25days now we very uncomfortable very bad service please solve this problem other wise we will change network.

    Dear jio what is the use of recharging so expensive when your internet is working worse than 2G. The network is in such a bad condition that despite having a jio tower within 1 kilometer, your network does not work well. Please find some solution🙏 @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Before roll out to end users you should think about it.. Can you refund the amount? If million of users watching cricket you should increase the bandwidth? Are you receiving a complaint first time No right.. Then why it's not being resolved

    @JioCare your customers care service is very bad ,I called them to know where I used my data 1.5 gb on date 26 Nov 2021 but they are not replied well .my 1.5 gb data consumed without any download and updates

    @iamamitavabhi @JioCare @reliancejio If there are any issues present. Then Jio executive solution is switch off your phone and switch on your phone your issue will solve this is the only and one solution for Jio user

    @airtelindia from two year I was a @reliancejio user...on October I port my sim to airtel because jio net was not working good....I was planing for 365 days plan of 2798....now I saw u have increase all plans....u want me to go back to jio? Answer me @airtelindia
