    @reliancejio @JioCare I placed JioFiber Installation request on 26August 2019 whose Order Number is NO0000BMJ3IT, at the time of booking they said it will install within 2 days but still I didn't get a connection. I raised a complaint SR00000YLOA3 but no one is listening.

    @JioCare @reliancejio It has been 6 months since I complaint about about poor speed of internet in my locality. The situation is beyond pathetic. 20 30 kbps is not what I am paying for! Kindly fix this issue asap.

    @reliancejio , @JioCare Sir I am experiencing very poor network speed and quality on my jio no at Raipur, Dehradun , PIN-248008. If you don't improve your service soon then I am bound to port it to @airtelindia .

    @TRAI Sir I need new broadband at my home. Currently I am using @BSNL_UKD but it's speed is very slow, hence I wish to switch to another service provider. I will choose either @reliancejio , @JioCare or @airtelindia whosoever will give better service & speed at right price.

    @JioCare Jio fiber gave me 100mbps of both down and up speed initially. Now after buying the plan upload speed has been reduced to 8 mbps approx 10-12 times less without any information. And the customer care have no answer.

    @reliancejio I am from kakdwip, west Bengal, I use jio and face very slow internet last 2 or 3 three months ..then I call customer care 7 to 8 time in last 3 months they always say that some work is going on by jio in my area where I used data Due ur work I suffered most.
