    @JioCare Dear sir i am completing from 8 months for a network issue and there is not responsible to anything from your company from six months network speed is 50kbps and coustmer care is irresponsible So please replay me on Twitter not private massage

    @JioCare Please have a look at the network coverage indicator within the screenshot. I already have full network however the internet speed is dismal! @reliancejio only operates on the 4G frequency as per my understanding so the problem isn't coverage as I had good speed until June 2019

    @StalinNagappan @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @TRAI @TelecomTalk @Twitter @TwitterIndia @VodafoneIN @Idea @reliancejio @airtelindia Yep.... but i have some issue with my 3G sim, so i just visited to bsnl office for sim replacement then bsnl officer said; upgrade your sim to 4G sim & its cost 100/- rupees.

    @JioCare @DoT_India So Sagar from @reliancejio has spoken to me and has promised will respond within a week's time from today with an update on the reasons and possibility of a solution for my internet speed issue which I have been facing for the last 6 months. I am currently hoping for the best.

    @reliancejio shame on such a useless Service. What the hell Service are you providing in West singhbhum jharkhand area are you aware of it? And 5G auction will be happening in feb-march summit. So what lower worst Service it will bring can you tell me please?

    @JioCare what crap is this I take ISD to make important internatuonal call at 1:50 pm in the afternoon but the plan is still not activatwed even though got 3 msgs to say recharge successful. What is point of customercare to call and useless chat Trnx BR0005O04NMV. Sad and bad :(

    @JioCare Please refer Jiofibarnet No 7123565406. Fibernet been installed on 26 Dec 20 but service was provided on 30 Dec 20 and was serviceable for less 24 hrs. Complain registered by helf desk but no action has been initiated at your end till date. Request resolve at earliest

    @JioCare It is 24 hours after this tweet. None of your executive contacted me. Issue is also NOT resolved. You say that you are looking at this on top priority. Is this the top priority ??!! Kindly create a service request for this issue and let me know the estimated resolution date.
