    Dear @JioCare, internet speed is going slow to slower day by day. Sometime it hard to believe that what I use, is it a 2G network or 4G. Poor internet speed force me to port the jio no to other network. It's time to take some fruitful step to gear up the speed. #Jio4G #Poonch

    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm facing network problem in accessing some apps like hotstar, twitter, outlook mail, and some websites in Chrome. I've tried with my friends jio sim in my mobile it's working fine. With hotspot also I've tried it's working fine.

    @reliancejio plz do not upgrade to 5g. By upgrading your 4g service is very irritating even in remote areas. We(the whole village) have the issue since 1 week. The maximum speed is only 25 to 30kbps. If it continues for 3 days then we have to opt out from jio. Thanks

    @JioCare @MukeshAmbanima @consumerforum_ My concern is why the engineer was not visited at the scheduled timeline. I have been faced a lot till now. I have requested for cancellation just because of pathetic service by PAVAN and Ramu. Please take care of this.

    Facing worst connectivity experience in my location and no one helping as there is no point of contact. Being a service provider you have to listen to your customer but you and your employees are so rude that they can’t help. @reliancejio

    @reliancejio one of the worst team working in your company. The internet was working really great on the 4G network. As soon as they deploy 5G the internet stopped. Device: 5G enabled compatible Coverage: 4G (5g not in our area)

    As JIO's system detecting #S20Fe5g phone as S20 FE, So Its not activating of 5G on my phone. If JIO's system detects phone as S20 FE 5G then 5G should be activated without issue. Hope technical team should be able to find difference in both @reliancejio @JioCare

    In last 2 years, i have complained many time @reliancejio your internet services are pathetic in jaipur rural why dont you fix that..i think its high time to change the service provider
