    @reliancejio @JioCare @RelianceJioCare I loved a complaint on 18.9.2022 on next day two engineers attended but went for Lunch than never come back nor the issue solved. Red blinking continuously. No action taken by JIO til date,while promised to rectify in 24 hrs.

    @reliancejio What a pathetic service you provides to us. Specially, customer service. They don't know how to talk to customers, leaders at CC afraid to talk to customers, calls are being cut without any information. Very bad.

    @JioCare Friends, i had tried much to get my sim card but jio staff and administrator also not giving support to get my sim back. Today i am going to complaint in grahak suraksha. My experience with jio totally bakvas. No one reply of my tweet and msg also. Think before....

    @JioCare SR00001DLK00: Worst customer service I have ever received. The ticket was just closed without solving the issue and suspended my Jio number. It was the biggest mistake of my life that I had taken Jio Postpaid to connect. My life was at peace when it was Prepaid.

    @JioCare I've made a payment of ₹1499 towards the amazon prime on 25th August 2022 through MyJio though yet haven't got the service activated nor have got the refund for the same. Been following up since 17th September but to no avail. No replies on email.
