@ViCustomerCare At d time of port bill was of 300 and after 5-6 days it was ported. Now your company is asking for 700 which is unjustified. Customer service executive says stay back in Vi then we will reverse these charges it means harassing specially if ported to @reliancejio

@JioCare @reliancejio Since yesterday noon red light is blinking in the jio fiber modem and no internet connectivity is there. Despite calling to area incharge issue still persists. Very poor response. My neighbor also has same issue. Location Krishi Nagar, Toll Tax, Pratap Nagar

@JioCare The TRAI says you can not force to customer to recharge with SMS plan benefits in order to SMS to 1900. Facility to 1900 should always be open. Read the notice.

@reliancejio @JioCare The network coverage in my area sucks.. I've been in touch with your team regarding this from past 3 months but all I get is a lame excuse everytime. What I am told is "There are many users in your area so are fixing this". Been hearing this from 3 months.

@Shahbaz55836045 I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare
