    Dear @JioCare, internet speed is going slow to slower day by day. Sometime it hard to believe that what I use, is it a 2G network or 4G. Poor internet speed force me to port the jio no to other network. It's time to take some fruitful step to gear up the speed. #Jio4G #Poonch

    @reliancejio My phone is 5G and I have taken a 5G unlimited plan of Jio SIM. For the last two months, the 5G network speed has been almost nil. Even when the 5G signal is showing, the speed is very slow. I have complained four-five times but there is no solution. I am thinking of porting the SIM to another network. @JioCare @Reliance

    @JioCare @jio_fiber i hv raised a complt. regard internet disruption nd low coverge frm the past 1 week complaint no SR00002KNRHO nd its been either closed by th engineer witout ny info or thy are not cming after i raised it again…and no engineer is assigned frm the past 3 days

    @JioCare how to activate the sim which i received ! Alternate number and ported number same. None of them is connecting to activation number . Spoke with customer care and raised ticket . Kindly help. Already 2 weeks late from you upon delivery . Help me out in activation.

    @JioCare Applied for jio sim, did 50 rs payment to reserve matching num & 349 rs recharge 12th Apr. And still I haven't received the sim card. Have explained this to customer care 3 times. Order num: NO00015D5DHF. Please refund my money now, don't need the sim anymore.

    . @JioCare filed a complaint on internet connection 10 days ago and no steps to resolve the issue till date. Very poor customer service. Very frustrated since no working internet. Only recourse seems to cancel.

    What is wrong with you people not letting users select which band they want to use 2.4ghz or 5ghz for airfibre users. Your so called 'Smart Wifi' is causing more trouble to users, it permanently stays in 2.4 ghz and very low speed even with 100mbps plan @reliancejio #jioairfiber
