@geekyranjit @ankitpoddar00 Just checked with my friend in Mumbai (Dadar), no issues faced from his side as well. I think there may be network fluctuation but it usually gets sorted out in 5-10 mins. If not, then do check with their call support team, they are quite responsive.. @JioCare

@JioCare Part 1- Issue - Intially tried recharging the phone via my jio app where got the response as session expired(no screenshot available). Then once it has shown the error message. Immediately i again recharged the phone which was successful.

@JioCare Part5- A customer calls to the customer care support for solutions but here in jio the executives present in customer care support are very unprofessional and doesnot shows deligacy to provide solutions to the customer. Rather they shows arrogance and ignorance.

@JioCare You need to first create customer care number where customer can talk to the executive for their problems without any need of fixed voice number or registered number. So, that people like me will not face difficulty otherwise it looks like fraud company whom unable to talk.
