5 days gone of my complaint @JioCare @reliancejio .. A retailer is facing problem of unable to make calls(even on your retailer help desk), without any reason..with having an active demo plan till 15th October.. Where is your service fake jio.@TRAI

It is the wrost service of @reliancejio .. complaining from 3 days...plan is still 15 October bt even no calls going on @JioCare ..on both customer care numbers..says my plan is not active Have to port my number from these fake service..shame jio @AmbaniTina

@JioCare my Jio id- 6317960535 and mobile number 9820898430 have been using fibre service for over 2 years. Recharged 399 plan to test the experience but due to poor experience reached out to care team to upgrade my plan to 699 but they mentioned it can’t be upgraded
