    5 days gone of my complaint @JioCare @reliancejio .. A retailer is facing problem of unable to make calls(even on your retailer help desk), without any reason..with having an active demo plan till 15th October.. Where is your service fake jio.@TRAI

    @JioCare I port my number to Jio, & after that my phone iPhone5s not getting Volt network connectivity, Data call is working. So wt to do, Ple advice. port numberis 7043149612 or call on 7990268364. New port phone is not connected from new port connection taken. ple do need full

    @JioCare In my location we are facing so many network issues and i had try to connect with jio care on199,198 but they did not give me solution and i had complaint to jio office 2 month ago but still i am not getting solution. Location- Silent valley-2, musa road, vyara, Gujarat

    It is the wrost service of @reliancejio .. complaining from 3 days...plan is still 15 October bt even no calls going on @JioCare ..on both customer care numbers..says my plan is not active Have to port my number from these fake service..shame jio @AmbaniTina

    @JioCare From MyJio app also, it's not showing the scheduled appointment. It was the worst experience we all were facing with JioFiber in our area which is down from yesterday afternoon (almost 30+ hours). Also I don't see any engineers working for the resolution. #jiofiberdown #jio

    @JioCare Same message again and again and again, stupid automated messages are not solving my problem, the engineer or someone needs to call and confirm the timeline, earlier it was 1 PM, then 3 PM then 7 PM and now no timeline.....it's been 48 hours + @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio is bringing premium 5G. Good news, but would that improve my indoor network coverage which is now pathetically low at one signal bar. Can’t even take calls, browse internet. Issue is since past 4 years.. #RILAGM @JioCare

    "My internet has not been working for the past 15 days. Every time I raise a complaint, I receive a message saying that an engineer has been assigned, but no one has called me or visited my location. The issue is still not resolved. If this problem is not fixed immediately, I do not want this fiber connection anymore and request you to disconnect it." @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup

    Genuinely one of the worst customer experiences I've had has been with jiofiber. It's been over 4 days since I've had my fiber connection disrupted and so far they've done nothing. No Engineer visit. No response to emails sent. +Scummy practices.... @JioCare @reliancejio
