    Hello @reliancejio , I had ported my sim from Airtel to Jio due to poor network services but after port I am facing even worst services of Jio than previous company Airtel. Please resolve the issues otherwise I will have to abort your services.

    @JioCare @JioCare are you deaf or dumb? I'm saying repeatedly that the Service Request has been put to Hold, and there is no definite timeframe for the Service Request now. Since Yesterday Night, no body from Jio have contacted me for any fix. From Saturday today Tuesday, 4 days passed.

    @JioCare @RelianceJioCare It’s been over a month since I reported the poor 5G speed, but there is still no resolution. Customer care has not provided any proper solution. I’m frustrated with the repeated delays. Please escalate and resolve this issue urgently.

    @reliancejio @JioCare My JioFiber has faced repeated service disruptions throughout 2026 started from September 2025. This is no longer a one-time issue.
