But don't see any signs of getting fiber connection any time soon, probably bcz of low demand. You are giving connections only if there are enough customers in the area, that's the only thing slowing down the service expansion.

The network is horrible, there is no net signals here in the city of #visakhapatnam also. Whenever I spoke with the CC, they told that there is a lot of users in your area since 2019.

Then why should I continue to use your network?? Is this the correct response?? Wifi calling is also available on other networks.

I informed same thing to your sales person, Mr.Shamsher & now he is also not picking up the call. Using JioFiber since 2015, I have never faced this kind of issue.

As soon as I said this, the Basni JioFiber staff got angry. It seems they don't even have two minutes to talk to a customer properly.
