    @reliancejio For last one week no internet connective thru JIO Fibre in Pandurangapuram Visakhapatnam AP due to damage to underground cable and no Jio techie team working to resolve the issue while Airtel team is so active.Poor service by JIO. Hope they respond 9925879979

    @reliancejio not only run for Raising funds and selling shares even you need be serious about cust service, Network issue nd retaining customers. Pathetic network at Vizag Sujathanagar, AP. But ur team says live with it, Nodal officer absconding since May 7th as there is no reply

    @JioCare No jio iam apology for choosing your service and keep on asking you from 2 weeks. Actually iam not aware this much delay& inconvenience will happen, if it was I never choose u. My patience is over just cancel my order, u can't do my work. Your are very irresponsible

    @JioCare Being top 5th Brand you are providing such a bad customer support. Which doesn't make any sense. I am facing an issue regarding my jio sim card but no solution from customer support. They are ending the call . And some are staying silence without answering. This is not good

    @JioCare Fiber cut has been observed from more than 48 Hrs, twice mailed to customer care, your ******* service engeer is not picking up the calls. Working from home without internet, do you even imagine, how hectic is your service? @ACTFibernet Please contact at the earliest.

    @JioCare I already spoke with your executive and he said the network coverage cannot be rectified in my area in coming 6 months...so moving to another network.

    @reliancejio and if I'm going for port option the Coustmr care will again cl me and assure they will resolve the issue but non had done tht I had lost total faith on @reliancejio @JioCare hope atleast now u can resolve this issue

    @reliancejio #JioFiber Very much unsatisfied with your service. I have applied for new jiofiber connection and got a msg that today I will get connection but technician came and went without doing connection and didn't give proper response. Planned to cancel the conn. request.

    I actually went 2 buy battery 4 jiofi m2s but reliance digital guy suggested me 2 buy new device as battery is not available. To my surprise jiofi jmr815 new device is very bad.. V. v. poor Wi-Fi signal. Pls refund my money back @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I am Unable to recharge my jiofiber prepaid plan. I keep getting the message : "our systems are not responding , please try again later" The customer care is also extremely unreachable and not at all useful. Please help .

    @JioCare when I called your customer support regarding call drops and network issue, they suggested me to use wifi calling. Then why should I continue to use your network?? Is this the correct response?? Wifi calling is also available on other networks.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @FibreJio Still i don’t get any update on my request, almost 3 weeks gone the connectivity issue is still on pending, An idiot engineer assign who only miss behaving and doing argue only. I have waste my money on jio from last 4 years literally. No response on mail n tweet this is the facility providing by the jio.

    @JioCare I have recharged with ₹899 plan, but JioHotstar is still not working on both mobile and TV. I have already logged in with the same Jio number used for recharge, yet the subscription is not getting activated. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. @hotstar_helps

    @JioCare Hi..I have been raising my complaints since 14th April 2026 regarding the speed issue which I am getting against what I am paying for..If the issue is not yet resolved kindly waive off the fees.
