@JioCare Hi JioCare, I wish to migrate my postpaid plan to prepaid plan, However, My unbilled amount is still pending despite complete payment. Jio Customer care says there is no unbilled amount in our account and Jio Center/Digital says the payment of unbilled amount is pending.

@JioCare Again rang up to customer care support they said today 9-10 they'll visit, yet again no one turned up. Evening customer care executive said by 5-6or 7-8 someone will definitely visit. Yet till now no human being from jio service has visited.
