    @JioCare - hey! its been more than 10 days i got jio fiber disconnected still no one has come to pick up the router and set top box. I have called customer care nearly daily now and everyday they tell that person will come today evening. What to do ?

    @airtelindia I'm not happy to tell you that i'm disappointed in your services regarding broadband connection in our home. after complaining 3 times the problem remains the same. Due to your @airtelindia poor customer care services,we have switch to JIO Fiber @reliancejio

    @JioCare I don't have connection in Goregaon west SRL diagnostics, Near Patel Petrol Pump, Mumbai area so its very difficult for me to call or receive any calls, its really annoying, i have called customer care but no use, ,please look into this
