    @JioCare service request number SR00001761DV. No updates till now. The techician call and told me why i raised a service request and told me to myself do a relocation request which is being rejected everytime

    Very bad experience of getting @reliancejio fiber connection i was given application for jio fiber net before 1 week till date there is no connection even they are reject our phone calls I was pay the fees and fill the form also but there is no response contact no 9712996197

    Its more than 1 month to wait for the refund which was initiated from 2oct (as per you)@JioCare poor service, pathetic helpdesk, poor approach, jio services suck..they have just one reply-"we r looking into it" Hmare hi refund rok ke employees ko diwali bonus do ge @reliancejio
