    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i am facing an ping issue with my game your wifi is not working fine at all me and my friend we both are playing the same game online he is using @reliancejio he is getting a wonderful ping of 70 where as i am getting a ping of 180.

    @JioCare please stop providing this worst service neither improving your services nor helping us... Why you guys are are asking people to join JIO for higher speed and good service but I am facing this issue from so long when I was in my hometown then also I was facing the issue

    @JioCare @reliancejio can some one take my jio fiber box please refund the deposit.Its a wasting of the time to use jio fiber. Every alternative day getting issue. Please hire skilled engineers to fix it else take way the box.

    @JioCare I think you have sent my refund file to Mr Mukesh Ambani for signature. This is very ridiculous. your company did not refund the security of a customer till date after 90 days.

    @reliancejio pity on you.. poor internet for 2 days in a row. Poor response & no resolution through 198. Rep saying by midnight it will be resolved but the data/money can’t be carried forward for the inability.
