@JioCare Waiting for a year now. But don't see any signs of getting fiber connection any time soon, probably bcz of low demand. You are giving connections only if there are enough customers in the area, that's the only thing slowing down the service expansion.

@JioCare when I called your customer support regarding call drops and network issue, they suggested me to use wifi calling. Then why should I continue to use your network?? Is this the correct response?? Wifi calling is also available on other networks.

@JioCare @reliancejio : Dear Team we are using ILL of 1GBps and accepted by your team we got dual input but whenever one link is down whole internet is down. I think your ppl don’t know the meeting of dual input.

@reliancejio I have paid 365 days plan, however the network is bad I can’t talk to my son over video call, customer care says the network is weak and they don’t know by when it would be rectified. I want to change my network pls refund the amount prorated or solve the issue.
