To my surprise jiofi jmr815 new device is very bad.. V. v. poor Wi-Fi signal. Pls refund my money back @reliancejio @JioCare

You are giving connections only if there are enough customers in the area, that's the only thing slowing down the service expansion.

When I contacted the local office, I was told service is "not possible today" due to an employee strike. After insisting, they vaguely said "maybe by evening." Customers shouldn't suffer because of internal issues. This is highly irresponsible and unacceptable. Kindly resolve the issue immediately. #JioFiber #PoorService #CustomerExperience
