    @JioCare No jio iam apology for choosing your service and keep on asking you from 2 weeks. Actually iam not aware this much delay& inconvenience will happen, if it was I never choose u. My patience is over just cancel my order, u can't do my work. Your are very irresponsible

    @JioCare This is Goutham from Visakhapatnam, We are unable to register a complaint about JioGigaFiber connection for past 5 hours, The Customer Care number would direct us only to a Automated Voice Response system where there is no option to register a new complaint. Please help.

    @JioCare I already spoke with your executive and he said the network coverage cannot be rectified in my area in coming 6 months...so moving to another network.

    Why don't jio home have he option to terminate air fiber connection. I want to terminate it on 30/05/2026. The customer care is replying it is temporarily discontinued. I have send emails to jio air fiber care and jio grievance. Don't persuade to relocate. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare 8 days since I raised the complaint and still no resolution. U can’t even arrange a technician visit in an entire week. Every time it’s just rescheduled with no action. Truly one of the most pathetic and disgusting customer service experiences. SR000035V583 — STILL NOT SOLVED.

    @JioCare I don’t care what’s the status of the service request. I simply paid from 21 May and want serviced to be activated from 21 May. If you failed to keep your commitment then compensate for lapsed days
