The network is horrible, there is no net signals here in the city of #visakhapatnam also. Whenever I spoke with the CC, they told that there is a lot of users in your area since 2019.

But don't see any signs of getting fiber connection any time soon, probably bcz of low demand. But for an existing customer asking for a simple relocation, there is no accountability. I already switched my Jio SIM to Airtel due to poor service.
