    @reliancejio @JioCare the network coverage is very poor now the audio quality is worsted day by day.some time ago it was nice but now it's horrible. Plz do sme necessary action.

    There's only one response our customer are growing and we are trying hard to improve our signal quality.Stop this shit if can't provide service don't sell your sim card pack up and go back @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare count my compliments and time period shame on you.

    @JioCare Well working but not good enough to provide proper service, i live 200mtr away from Balangir Court in middle of the city, shall i buy a new house as per your favorable location or shall i throw your jio sim in garbage like the service you provide??

    @JioCare Engineer called and only suggested restarting the device. When asked to visit and inspect the issue, he refused outright. I had also shared my alternate contact number, yet no proper support has been provided. SR No: SR000037RKB9 What kind of service is this?

    @JioCare Till date no resolution!!! Great.. 6th june was the given time by jio nd till today no update was given by them until i called back. On calling i had to wait fr 4 minutes to get my query checked.. i hv conversation recorded which i wil update on X.

    I've been getting the same assurances for nearly 2 months. Cancel the order and provide a full refund. I no longer wish to continue with this endless cycle of false updates and template responses. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jagograhakjago a customer executive, and they are literally telling me the same thing that they are rescheduling the engineer visit. They are transferring the call again and again for the last 5 days, and nothing is happening. My billing date is 11th June, and again I will get charged more.(5)
