  @JioCare Dear Jio Fiber Team, I got a new Jio Fiber connection around 20 days ago. Since the day of installation, the internet speed has been extremely slow, especially every evening from 7 PM onwards. At that time, the connection becomes almost unusable.

  @JioCare Habiba Can you pls help by UPDATING SR0000385M5P. MY JIOFIBER TERMINATED I CAN'T SEE ANY SR SO can't add/update IFSC code which you can get from DM. It's humble request can you pls update SR and call me on No. In DM. It will avoid more DELAY in #JIOREFUND

  Every day they just keep giving appointment but no one ever shows up. You just keep waiting for them for hours. I’m sure @JioCare @reliancejio understands that we are not some unemployed people who are always at home. Pathetic service is an understatement.

  @JioCare Extremely disappointed with JioFiber service. My connection has been down for 2 days, the optical/network line is not coming, and despite raising a complaint, there has been no resolution or update. Request immediate intervention and restoration of service.
