  Worst service and Jio really is at no place in terms of service. They all promise to provide services on time but they never mean it. My number is still without network. Neither there store at Khandala nor @reliancejio is interested to resolve my issue . @TRAI @DoT_India

  @reliancejio This is a serious issue and no one from Jio is helping me- can someone look into this - I never had JioFi and I’m being charged since March 2017 and never used it and realised 580 rs are getting deducted since last 2 yrs. Nobody is helping and don’t expect this Jio

  @JioCare So I guess there is no solution and no follow up either. We're more than 150 gamers who r facing similar problem in Jiofibre. People it's time to switch to airtel or tatasky. They are offering similar rates with much better ping. @airtelindia please let us know your offers.

  @JioCare And the worst service provider is Jio. My enginner visit for my jio fiber related issue which I have registered complaint for on 5 Jan had been shifted twice and now they are saying that the engineer will visit on 9 Jan. That's outrageous. BSNL provide sol faster.
