    @JioCare recently installed JioFiber at my home. Since the installation day the connection gets disconnected now & then. Now the internet speed is pathetic and moreover there is no customer service for the quick wifi resolution.

    @JioCare As a customer, I do not consent to sharing unnecessary personal information beyond what is reasonably required for verification. I request Jio to address the concern based on the already available account details and investigate why third-party/family contact numbers .

    @reliancejio @RCBTweets I was explicitly promised by booking agent and confirmed by jio customer care that I would receive vouchers of equivalent value (₹1,200) as part of the joining offer. However, despite the passage of half a year, these vouchers have not been credited to my account,
