    @JioCare Already given those details in whatsapp chat to customer service...she has also raised Service Request.... please fetch the details from the same service request...for which I don't have any confirmation or SR number

    @JioCare very poor customer service I must now. Its been so much time I am in contact with your team through twitter messages but they instead of solving my concern provide me with irrelevant solutions and then I explain my issue & they ask for time. Poor response. @reliancejio

    Whenever I try to connect Jio Call app of mobile to JioFi; it says "Connecting..." even if network is good. I cannot make or receive calls. Please tell the solution. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare very bad network and Facing call issues too . I give details on ur Dm but not giving reply. Actually jio is not clearing complaints .that why somuch complaints here . Many years gone still network same
