    @JioCare didn’t getting proper network or internet connectivity at my location or internet speed is also very low. Sometimes Data is on but it is showing ‘kindly connect to internet ‘ pls look into my case & resolve asap.

    @JioCare sir, very poor internet speed in my town my family using 3 jio numbers but due to low speed of internet we are thinking to port our numbers into airtel because of batter speed. If u solve this issue in 2 to 3 days, we will continue in jio otherwise..

    @imtapash_7 @reliancejio We understand your concern. I am listing down a few settings that could resolve the issue. Please clear cache and data for JioTV app, force close JioTV app. Disable "Ultra Data Saving Mode" by going to Settings > Connection > Data Usage > Ultra Data Saving Mode > (1/3)

    @reliancejio 2/2 Today I was informed that it’s not possible. If that’s the case, I asked if I can cancel my connection itself, to which I was told that it’s possible but no refund will be given. Kindly advise.
