@JioCare sir, very poor internet speed in my town my family using 3 jio numbers but due to low speed of internet we are thinking to port our numbers into airtel because of batter speed. If u solve this issue in 2 to 3 days, we will continue in jio otherwise..

@JioCare Please help Since the ui update in jio set top box the volume is low even if I full it is still low. It started to happen after the update. I swear it is not the problem from my end. I checked the volume level is same in tv as well as speaker as before

@reliancejio If the Jio fiber connection is down. Jio should at least give an equivalent 4G data balance on the associated sim until the problem is resolved. No date extension for the pack is given plus we have to do separate expensive data recharge on sim for WFH purpose.

@JioCare #JioFiber Hi Team, The service of jio fiber is pathetic now, I have returned my jio fiber set top box and all the assocaries and also receive the mail that refund is completed, but I have shared my account statement, no refund credited in my account. Worst service.

@JioCare I received dm from you and your executive's about device setting but i can clear you it's not my device settings issue. Its jio network side issue on underground floor @airtelindia is providing very good network capacity on (-2) underground floor at my office. Try to resolve it.
