    @JioCare sir, very poor internet speed in my town my family using 3 jio numbers but due to low speed of internet we are thinking to port our numbers into airtel because of batter speed. If u solve this issue in 2 to 3 days, we will continue in jio otherwise..

    Hi @reliancejio I've sim from Gujarat which stopped working now and at the moment i'm in navi mumbai i checked about five stores in last 15 days but they don't have green global sim. Can you help me to get sim delivered, i can't receive important calls from last 15 days.

    @JioCare comes with big promises but is the worst service. Rigid policy doesn't allow technician to change faulty equipment.have decided to go for disconnection after months of my patience with poor service
