    @JioCare didn’t getting proper network or internet connectivity at my location or internet speed is also very low. Sometimes Data is on but it is showing ‘kindly connect to internet ‘ pls look into my case & resolve asap.

    @JioCare sir, very poor internet speed in my town my family using 3 jio numbers but due to low speed of internet we are thinking to port our numbers into airtel because of batter speed. If u solve this issue in 2 to 3 days, we will continue in jio otherwise..

    @JioCare i make a call on 198 in 2 time but both time call disconnected by agent. So please take a call back me immediately. Am facing problem change to postpaid plus plan.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @MukeshAmbani06 Please let me know the process of closing my Jio pospaid connection. I'M TOTALLY DISSATISFIED WITH JIO 4G INTEENET SPEED. I already raised complaints to Jio previously, cust care gave stupid reply that too many jio users in my area.
