    @JioCare sir, very poor internet speed in my town my family using 3 jio numbers but due to low speed of internet we are thinking to port our numbers into airtel because of batter speed. If u solve this issue in 2 to 3 days, we will continue in jio otherwise..

    @reliancejio - I recharged my number, post payment the page expire on Jio App, the recharge does not show up and now my money is deducted but Jio Chat says no transaction recorded. Can you help ?

    New scam of telcos, taking customer’s money and then denying service and hiding all ways to contact customer care, on @reliancejio u recharge and they don’t activate plan while @airtelindia u redeem data coupon you still get zero data balance.
