    @JioCare sir, very poor internet speed in my town my family using 3 jio numbers but due to low speed of internet we are thinking to port our numbers into airtel because of batter speed. If u solve this issue in 2 to 3 days, we will continue in jio otherwise..

    @JioCare If u read the chain of tweets, u would certainly knw that all of u are just saying service downbut nobody cares to solve this permanently given the issue has been recurring everyday. The service has been resumed now but the problem is that it's every day service down about 6hr

    This is so disappointing. I ordered a matching number from Jio and did the KYC. But I haven't received the Sim for the past 3 days. Delivery boy is not reachable. And no one taking responsibility. That's a really bad service @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Also your reply are not in line with the issue...it's just frustrating ..and seems jio support donot want to help the customer and making fool..if such is the case I will port all my 4 family connections to the airtel.

    @JioCare I would request you to share some logical solutions. My device doesn’t support 5G also my sim is 4G. Rather than giving such illogical solutions please increase the speed. Even if users have been increased so shouldn’t you also increase speed?
