    @JioCare sir, very poor internet speed in my town my family using 3 jio numbers but due to low speed of internet we are thinking to port our numbers into airtel because of batter speed. If u solve this issue in 2 to 3 days, we will continue in jio otherwise..

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio hacks your account and charge for it. Same thing happened with me. I got charged for Netflix subscription in my mobile bill. I contacted Jio care for explanation they told me to contact Netflix support we cant help you in this, even though they charged.

    48 hours now and no reponse from jio fiber team about what is happening and how much time it will take. All am getting are automated messages which just increase the time for resolution by a factor. @JioCare #JioFiber #jio

    @JioCare complaint was not registered and call was disconnected by agent deliberately.. on @JioChat too complaint was not taken and diverted to call toll free number.. not sure what kind of support @reliancejio is offering to fibre customers
