@JioCare sir, very poor internet speed in my town my family using 3 jio numbers but due to low speed of internet we are thinking to port our numbers into airtel because of batter speed. If u solve this issue in 2 to 3 days, we will continue in jio otherwise..

JioFiber service complaint (SR00001EYOYD) is of 30th Oct. No action taken. No satisfactory reply from customer service. One of the worst service. Arbitrarily reschedules visits. On 25th Oct also same complaint was filed, temporary solved on 29 @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice @JioCare

@JioCare internet speed is. Very slow at my location since last 10 Days, several time i have lodged complaint regarding this, but they are saying this is due to bad weather condition but the fact is, there is some technical issue in the tower which is located in our location.
