    @JioCare sir, very poor internet speed in my town my family using 3 jio numbers but due to low speed of internet we are thinking to port our numbers into airtel because of batter speed. If u solve this issue in 2 to 3 days, we will continue in jio otherwise..

    @JioCare Why is the net always slow? I have taken plan of 30mbps and its showing less than 200kbps. The support staff have visited twice and still no-one is able to fix up. Why is @JioCare so negligent on this? More than 5-6 months now.

    @reliancejio as they are giving free subscription but even I after 7days of payment done connection is not done and no one is respi ding and agent is saying do cancel from your own side we are not able to provide you connection. how wrost response by jio team.

    Not getting UPC number for Sim Porting. Jio's services are worst. Jio is doing fraud. Instead of Sending UPC they are sending messages not to port my jio sim to Airtel @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio Worst service I have ever seen...I have paid 3 months amount in advance and service provider said 1 month is free.. after 3 months I have received a bill amount of 834 around. What the nonsense is this..

    JioFiber service complaint (SR00001EYOYD) is of 30th Oct. No action taken. No satisfactory reply from customer service. One of the worst service. Arbitrarily reschedules visits. On 25th Oct also same complaint was filed, temporary solved on 29 @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice @JioCare

    @JioCare internet speed is. Very slow at my location since last 10 Days, several time i have lodged complaint regarding this, but they are saying this is due to bad weather condition but the fact is, there is some technical issue in the tower which is located in our location.
