@JioCare didn’t getting proper network or internet connectivity at my location or internet speed is also very low. Sometimes Data is on but it is showing ‘kindly connect to internet ‘ pls look into my case & resolve asap.

@JioCare sir, very poor internet speed in my town my family using 3 jio numbers but due to low speed of internet we are thinking to port our numbers into airtel because of batter speed. If u solve this issue in 2 to 3 days, we will continue in jio otherwise..

Booked Jio AirFiber 3 months ago and still no installation or update. Customer support only connects to bots—no way to speak to a human. This is extremely frustrating. If the service cannot be provided, please process my refund immediately. @JioCare

@JioCare Hi, How many months you will have technical disruption... Due to which finally, I'm facing the issue. Jio is very prompt at billing and disconnection and the same should be focused service as well. If this is the case, you have to extend the validity of my plan.

@JioCare Not able to send a DM, Dipesh. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST network service I have ever experienced. Even small local providers respond and fix issues quickly, but @JioFiber shows ZERO RESPONSE and ZERO RESPONSIBILITY. Completely UNACCEPTABLE service.

@MakrandParanspe @reliancejio @JioCare Would argue OTP is an essential service while data might not be, one can get an Local eSim for data while travelling. Airtel had old Rs 118 packs which could work for OTPs but they have been discontinued, for packs like 3K, 4K for 30 days. Absolutely atrocious !!
