@JioCare sir, very poor internet speed in my town my family using 3 jio numbers but due to low speed of internet we are thinking to port our numbers into airtel because of batter speed. If u solve this issue in 2 to 3 days, we will continue in jio otherwise..

@JioCare Even after posting on social media, no updates have been provided. This actually proves how bad the services of Jio are. I have no other option other than quitting the services of jio. @airtelindia please share the contact details of someone for new installation..

@reliancejio @JioCare This is not the first time it happened. The team here in Dehradun, Uttarkhand never responds. At 9:30, today when I spoke to the customer care, they informed us the team is in my locality only & issue will be resloved in said time. But no one came to help.

@reliancejio in my area or if i say in my building jio is still not available what a great service suppose my building is A and JIO is there in C as B society will go in construction so we are not getting internet just in front of my bldg there is jio but it saying fiber cant cross road.
