    @JioCare didn’t getting proper network or internet connectivity at my location or internet speed is also very low. Sometimes Data is on but it is showing ‘kindly connect to internet ‘ pls look into my case & resolve asap.

    @JioCare sir, very poor internet speed in my town my family using 3 jio numbers but due to low speed of internet we are thinking to port our numbers into airtel because of batter speed. If u solve this issue in 2 to 3 days, we will continue in jio otherwise..

    @JioCare After wasting so much time in direct message to explain you. And in return getting those standard well polished answer from you guys are clearly showing ignorance of real problem . Jio's quality of service has been decreased over time. I am moving to airtel now thank you .

    @reliancejio Internet speed in our area is very slow. For this i have contacted Jio support multiple time but no resolution. @reliancejio Please look on to this and fix the issue on urgent basis
