    @JioCare sir, very poor internet speed in my town my family using 3 jio numbers but due to low speed of internet we are thinking to port our numbers into airtel because of batter speed. If u solve this issue in 2 to 3 days, we will continue in jio otherwise..

    @JioCare raised complaint with SR no. SR00001EMFC2 but complaint is closed without resolving the issue and giving feedback .

    @reliancejio I have 2 new Jio sim cards. Swaped one of them twice in 2 days and the problem is still not resolved. The other one is the ported from Airtel to Jio is showing the same problem. @jagograhakjago It is clear case of customer acquisition by duping him.

    @JioCare Last 2 month i am waiting ur solution.but till today u r sleeping.because we are ur बहुमूल्य कस्टमर. You know we cannot port your jio sim because took 1 year plan.that's why u and ur team are still sleeping not working.

    @JioCare have taken a subscription of jio fibre but agent is not comming for the installation of TV. Have called him up and everyday he has new excuse. Is this the customer service we suppose to get.
