    @JioCare sir, very poor internet speed in my town my family using 3 jio numbers but due to low speed of internet we are thinking to port our numbers into airtel because of batter speed. If u solve this issue in 2 to 3 days, we will continue in jio otherwise..

    @JioCare didn’t getting proper network or internet connectivity at my location or internet speed is also very low. Sometimes Data is on but it is showing ‘kindly connect to internet ‘ pls look into my case & resolve asap.

    @JioCare looks jio care customer service and on field technician have no connections. Customer care just picking up call, creating service request and escalating issue In their system but reality is field technician totally ignoring this system they do whatever they want.

    @JioCare today is 5th day, no issue resolution, no response, I am just getting appointment message, nobody interested to check issue. No one showed up. Totally unprofessional approach and experiencing worst ever

    @JioCare Strange you telling 'priority'. Today is 5th day and we are without Internet services. Of the charges I paid for 30 days 5 days are gone. Your engineers doing temporary work. A big ZERO on service part to JIO
