    @JioCare sir, very poor internet speed in my town my family using 3 jio numbers but due to low speed of internet we are thinking to port our numbers into airtel because of batter speed. If u solve this issue in 2 to 3 days, we will continue in jio otherwise..

    @JioCare didn’t getting proper network or internet connectivity at my location or internet speed is also very low. Sometimes Data is on but it is showing ‘kindly connect to internet ‘ pls look into my case & resolve asap.

    How can we supposed to help the people and patients without having a network on our phone. How can you be so irresponsible in this national calamity?I’m trying to contact you since from 11 AM.If this happens again with us we’ll switch to @JioCare @reliancejio or @VodafoneGroup .

    @JioCare Registered mobile number shared via DM. That should be enough for you to look into it. I have not disconnected service from my previous ISP. If you cannot provide a stable connection, I might just disconnect your services.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am sick and tired of jio. Not able to access the internet since last Thursday, despite of having a valid plan. Contacted your support n no. of times but they don’t know why I am facing this issue. Worst and pathetic service.
