    @JioCare sir, very poor internet speed in my town my family using 3 jio numbers but due to low speed of internet we are thinking to port our numbers into airtel because of batter speed. If u solve this issue in 2 to 3 days, we will continue in jio otherwise..

    @JioCare Just perfect! Just received another rescheduling message. This was supposed to be looked at on priority as per your customer support. Over 50 hours of wait and 10 calls to customer support and counting! So much for the experience I'm not expected to have.

    @Airtel_Presence 72 hours and counting to internet blackout. And NO DM. After using Jio’s 4G mobile internet continuously for the 4th day, I don’t feel the need for airtel’s fiber. Shall not use once the validity is expired. @JioCare

    @JioCare Sir, there are many ration card holders in our country who are poor and they use JIO SIM, so what other JIO recharge plan can be available for them.

    @JioCare Ok guys, your local guys came and fixed the problem, which was a cut jiofiber cable. Thanks. It took 4 hours longer than your target 24 hours, but your guys were polite and decent and explained they were overloaded yesterday. 4 stars.

    Before vacating my flat I had called the customer care who told me that I can leave my Jio Fiber set top box at some relative's place which I have done. Now they tell me that only home collection is possible. I have already left the house and city. Pls help @reliancejio @JioCare
