@JioCare didn’t getting proper network or internet connectivity at my location or internet speed is also very low. Sometimes Data is on but it is showing ‘kindly connect to internet ‘ pls look into my case & resolve asap.

@JioCare sir, very poor internet speed in my town my family using 3 jio numbers but due to low speed of internet we are thinking to port our numbers into airtel because of batter speed. If u solve this issue in 2 to 3 days, we will continue in jio otherwise..

@JioCare 13th March the payment has been made and the ticket was supposed to be resolved by 14th March and today being 25th March it still lies in open state without any update. If there is any challenge in providing the service refund my amount Ill go for some other service-provider 😔

@JioCare There is a service request already raised for this, had requested to escalate this as well and have got a new number for that as well and still didnt here anything from anyone. Now there is another one raised and I am sure this will also be lying in open state with no updates 😔
