    @JioCare Yes why not..I have alrdy generated port Request.before that kindly check the network at my place as Jio is too weak where I live but not outside. If anything can be done about that I will port within no time.@Airtel_Presence seekho jio walo se kuch

    @JioCare my relocation request has been pending for about a week. One was made earlier this week which was canceled by your service partner, the new request was supposed to be attended today, no one showed up. I even went to your office at Mansi circle Ahmedabad with the request.

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare, I’ve already shared all the requested details, but there’s still been no response. It’s been almost a day without internet. My relocation request was closed without resolution, my old connection is disconnected, and the new one is still not activated. Please resolve

    @JioCare My relocation order CO0001T4QNMT is pending since June 27, 2026. There is no support on the JioApp.

    @JioCare @JioSupport @reliancejio Extremely frustrated with constant network disconnections on my JIO Fibre connection for the past month. Multiple calls to customer care, zero resolution. Just vague promises and device restarts. Unacceptable service for a regular customer

    My internet has been really bad with the 3-month plan from @JioCare. I can’t even load my posts or scroll through X properly. It’s frustrating to experience this even after paying over ₹600. The service has been very disappointing. Please fix this soon, @JioCare, or I’ll seriously consider switching to Airtel once my current plan expires. To make things worse, the MyJio app doesn’t even provide a proper way to connect with a customer support agent and explain internet issues. I registered a complaint a few days ago, but it now shows as “resolved” even though nothing has been fixed 🤦
