Not sure why @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is charging for Its Services as there is actually no Coverage (0 Network bars) from past two weeks over here. I think it's the right time to port out accounts accross family, friends and society to @JioCare @reliancejio or @VodafoneIN

@JioCare first time I reached out to customer care and had a horrible experience. No transparency, pathetic customer service. I can't even cancel my jiofiber connection without companies will. Please cancel my connection and refund the plan just got activated today.

@JioCare @_MukeshAmbani JioFiber is the worst service provider. They are quite smug and arrogant as it is fully prepaid service. Keep on calling customer care no use. They do not hire sufficient staff to attend complaints on time. Time to move on?
