Not sure why @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is charging for Its Services as there is actually no Coverage (0 Network bars) from past two weeks over here. I think it's the right time to port out accounts accross family, friends and society to @JioCare @reliancejio or @VodafoneIN

@reliancejio It’s been 7 days I had raised a complaint which is still in open state and every time I call your customer care they people say that we had reopened the request pls allow us 24 hours. No revert on email from customer care and appellate authority. Worst experience

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I couldn’t download bill from airtel thanks app for a recharge, customer care centre ignored my complaint. Its basic right to get bill for a paid service. Poor customer support from airtel , better to go for @reliancejio
