@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @JioCare Since last many days, I find that the internet speed of Airtel is either not or very very less. Complained to Customer care telephonically. No change. Instead deteriorating. If no improvement, I will shift to Jio.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence there is no network facility available near border areas like tanot,logewala. network facility provided by @reliancejio only .so provide network connectivity these areas.many people comes there to visit but due to network issue they feel uncomfort..

I am suffering with worst network of @reliancejio They are charging for 4g network but providing only 1g network in Jaisalmer Rajasthan. Also call drop problem. We are switching all our sim to other network provider. @JioCare

Hey @reliancejio @JioCare as per address mentioned in attached pic kindly work on your signal strength. Here in 5km. area mobile connectivity is zero.. Expectations from jio wasn't like this worst experience. #WeekNetworkInNedanJaisalmer

Jio customer care said that it is a problem of your bank but Bank said that we have already send the money to jio Bank and transition is successfully completed so it's a problem of jio @JioCare

@Romana9191 @JioCare @JioFiberVoice If the account number you typed is valid then recharge is done & refund isnt possible. If the number you entered does not exist then jio can issue you a refund. Recharge once sent to other's cant be claimed back. That's why its recommended to double check everytime.

@reliancejio @JioCare When i go to jio store they will start showing attitude like they own this company.I'm tired of loosing money and time, one last number to port.I still have morethan 1yr validity(2gb/day plan) but still I want to move to some other network,I cant take this mental torture anymore.

@reliancejio @JioCare All these years I've recharges with thousands of rupess. When u raise complaint your customer care team treated loyal customer with utmost disrespect. When I complain about service maybe they forgot that money for recharge comes out of my pocket not theirs or yours.
