I am suffering with worst network of @reliancejio They are charging for 4g network but providing only 1g network in Jaisalmer Rajasthan. Also call drop problem. We are switching all our sim to other network provider. @JioCare

Jio customer care said that it is a problem of your bank but Bank said that we have already send the money to jio Bank and transition is successfully completed so it's a problem of jio @JioCare

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @JioCare Since last many days, I find that the internet speed of Airtel is either not or very very less. Complained to Customer care telephonically. No change. Instead deteriorating. If no improvement, I will shift to Jio.

@reliancejio im using Jio since 2017 but now its running on worst 2G speed. i called customer care several times but told that work is going on. 5G is going to be launched but at least 4G speed is not enough yet. Here is Coordinates 23°39'18.9"N 74°00'20.0"E.

It's so disturbing your internet speed is so much fluctuating from 4 days ..I tried to contact the customer service all four days but no solution is given...and the worst thing is today your customer service person disconnected the call. This is how your service is done @JioCare

@JioCare I don't need assistance. I am just complaining @TRAI that i was on medical emergency and everytime i am calling i am listening to Pack Expiring soon Tune 3 timez in. 3 languages and then call is going through irrespective of the fact that still 3 days are left for my plan
