    Jio customer care said that it is a problem of your bank but Bank said that we have already send the money to jio Bank and transition is successfully completed so it's a problem of jio @JioCare

    @JioCare JioFiber customer care service is not in sync. While few reps talk about 30 day period, few other talk about 60 days period for 100% refund. Device pickup appointment was rescheduled a dozen times and now this. So happy I am not associated with them any more.

    @JioCare There is nothing about speed expectations. This is about getting the service for which we have paid i.e. 4G. Its been 3 years of fake promises that you are working on the same. If multiple people are using your network in this area, everyone is paying for the same. Right?

    @JioCare jio decrease his services day by day. I think jio will closed . customer support not respond I complain for network related issue so jio very decrease and off network in my area last 3 days .

    @JioCare what means jio care. There are no care of costumer. They are just time pass. On my location make a call properly form jio network is big thing.#wostnetwork
