    @JioCare within 24 hours of installation issues I faced. 1. Internet stopped working 2. Was told the router will be replaced as this one is faulty. 3. Incorrect surname updated 4. Incorrect dob updated God bless Jio, you are one step ahead of airtel where it comes to blunder

    Dear @JioCare I am using Motorola edge 30 fusion. Before porting my sim from jio I am using Airtel. And in Airtel 5g is working super fine. But in jio I am unable to use 5g due to not getting a jio 5g welcome offer. Please look into this issue. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @Airtel_Presence Finally decided to port my mobile no to @reliancejio. It's really pathetic to see call drop, no mobile signal/data that tooo in MG road area, heart of Bengalore city despite informing them several times.! Moving on from @airtelindia after 20 +years

    @airtelindia if a customer delays it's payment by a day u r company charges late fees. Now u r services are being delayed for a month will i get the late service compensation.People has no other way to switch to @reliancejio cos they are doing way better work.service is superb.

    @JioCare The Jio data sucks big time here in Borivali East, right next to the Western Express Highway. Unable to work since past 2 days. It was always bad but now it’s worst. Had it not been the dongle I got from work, I would never choose this awful network.
