@JioCare @reliancejio Hai Jio Service request No SR000011WKAF has been closed without addressing the issue. What kind of customer care?? I took Jio fibre two months before with all my dues paid. Still waiting for set up box. Shall I close the connection ?? Very poor mgt

@JioCare I have booked JioFiber on behalf of my Grandmother and made payment on 14th of September. Tried following up with your team.They are giving excuses and not showing up.Till now installation has not been done. I feel very disappointed with your service. Pincode: 673006

@JioCare @JioCare this is very pathetic copy pasting same template & not processing customer need earlier you guys asked money for picking device & rescheduled the pick up of device 15 times & now post submitting device my self at jio care it's already a month & have not recived refund

@JioCare waah ! 4 network failures in not even 48 HOURS!! Have been trying to reach the customer care - NOT REACHABLE, Service Engineer - NOT REACHABLE. Fiber n/w has regularly been down, and I have installed this connection not even 48 hours back.

@jitudas160 I know they will never respond to existing customers & focusing on adding new connections. That's the reason they have lost many users to Jio. On the other hand @JioCare provides good service comparatively. You can opt for Jio's service over them.

@JioCare @jio_fiber I am one of sufferer of jio fiber. I did my recharge of 1178 along with 1000 for jio STB yesterday but after morethan 10 calls to customer care always got the feedback that the request is under process and will be completed by 24 hrs. No update? #jioservice

@JioCare just taking money from customer for pathetic service seems to be the norm here. I will wait till today for the n/w problem to solved, else will cancelling jio fiber network. Has been testing patience of customer for almost 48 hours now.

@reliancejio called your customer care 5 times all have different answers and no resolution. Just a disconnection of jiofibre takes 7 days with a lot of harassment and customer care calls. Please be customer centric. @JioFiberVoice
