    @JioCare gotta tell you that the data speed of @reliancejio sucks for the past few weeks. Not seeing any improvements to the situation. It's getting worse.

    @JioCare I have booked JioFiber on behalf of my Grandmother and made payment on 14th of September. Tried following up with your team.They are giving excuses and not showing up.Till now installation has not been done. I feel very disappointed with your service. Pincode: 673006

    @JioCare @reliancejio My voice phone and jiocall has not been working for two months. On three occasion I madecomplaint through call centre. Each time I get message that complaint is addressed without doing anything. Fed up. My number is 0495 3590601

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hai Jio Service request No SR000011WKAF has been closed without addressing the issue. What kind of customer care?? I took Jio fibre two months before with all my dues paid. Still waiting for set up box. Shall I close the connection ?? Very poor mgt

    @JioCare My complaint was put as weak indoor coverage, which is not true. Jio does not have power backup in my area. Whenever there's a powercut Jio network COMPLETELY GOES OFF for few hours. My issue showing as resolved, it isn't resolved at all. Fix the issue or I'm portion to Airtel.

    Two company same problem, The number you have dialled is invalid and the call connects after a minute, call drops and drops. Not just me but hundreds of my friends I know. @airtelindia @reliancejio #calldrop
