    @JioCare @reliancejio Please do something about your 4G internet service. It literally sucks, worst experience from few months. Still the issues aren't been resolved. You guys never ever give concern towards your customers. Kindly request you to resolve the issue ASAP.

    When we contact to @reliancejio They didn't respond. They told us that we will solve this problem, but they didn't solve this issue. Now it's almost 6 months but they didn't take any action. Please @TRAI @reliancejio take action and improve the internet connection.

    @reliancejio Services are slow , Internet is down,your customer care executive says they issue will be resolved automatically by 8pm.why a ticket can't be raised through myJio? getting connected to CC takes ages. What's going on should the customer move to a better option?

    Jio deploying it's 5G services very fast. We appreciate them, But Jio forgets that their 4G towers perform like 2G. We paid for 4G services and we get 2G or no network. When we contact to our area's Jio officials they didn't respond. Please @reliancejio @JioCare help us.

    @JioCare jio 5G calling service is worst internet is working fine There is a massive call drop and jio 5G is dependent on 4G network Why are you advertising fake things that is standalone netowork No VoNr support

    @TRAI #TRAI @JioCare Recently @reliancejio installed a jio tower in my My neighbor village. Coverage of this tower is very good but the service of this tower is very bad, We can use this for only calling and data is not working, Data speed is zero.
