    @JioCare @reliancejio I am a jio user since jio launched with LYF mobile. Now a days I have come to my Village & here internet speed is worst than 2G. I have raised this issue with @JioCare 20+ time but yet it hasn't been resolved. Kindly resolve this issue

    @JioCare @reliancejio The speed of the internet is very bad in my area sometime if it has a good download speed then the upload is to bad and vice - versa and sometime both are bad i had done all the complian to the costumer care but no action ate taken by them...

    @JioCare The network is so bad that even my direct messages are not getting delivered. And I have done aeroplane mode option as well. It's like a daily protocol. And I shouldn't have to do this every time I am browsing.

    @JioCare Issue with every app. You need to increase bandwidth. Voice call breaks on normal calls. Even on app based calls the connections is trying to reconnect. Not done! We are paying full. Bihar-pin code 845301. Village Beldarwa. Beldarwa Durbaar campus.

    @TRAI @reliancejio @Jiocare Please help to get rid of one sided policy or JIO. There is a wrong recharge done. Immediately I contacted JIO over Phone for refund. Since then JIO is sitting behind one sided policy for no refund. Please Initiate Refund and keep your plan.

    @TheShivam_P @airtelindia @reliancejio Welcome to Jio, Shivam. You’ll face the slowest speed and worst network coverage. And they will all be “temporary issues” for years. Now they might reply to me but in DMs they would again say its a temporary issue in my area 👍🏻
