@JioCare @reliancejio I've been struggling to get a good connection on my phone as well as jiofi. It's been a week now. Never experienced such a worst speed. Might have to switch to airtel if things will be like this.

@reliancejio what a rubbish customer support you people have. Just called to let myself confirm my doubt about any kind of sim swapping scam on my number, and the customer care person cuts the call in between. What an audacity! Such ridiculous attitude over such serious issue!

@devusinh @DoT_India My friend's bsnl sim was issued in Kolkata and he lives in Lucknow since 2016, his phone got stolen last week, he went to @JioCare they immediately issued him a new sim but at BSNL they are saying go to Kolkata , we don't issue other circles sim. Seriously Pathetic.

@JioCare @reliancejio Inyernet still bad performance since 2 years in my area. I stop using sim and observing moderate by recharge rs 117/- something. Care said same answer low internet during crowd at one place. I'm still using @BSNLCorporate since 2010. It's fine than #jio
