Registered complaint 3 days ago, and still airtel didn't able to fix that. Executive called me yesterday and told me he will visit in evening, today he is not answering the call. Great time to switch to @reliancejio @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

I got 7 airtel sim cards at my home coz as a customer we thought @airtelindia was the best company we got since last 12 years but we were wrong thats why i m porting all the sim cards from airtel to other network like @reliancejio so you can understand the power of customer

I booked a jio fibre connection, initially at the time of payment the team is replying very sincerely, but at the time of installation, the service and way of talking of the agents are very poor and harsh. Even the office representative is not responding.@reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare I have called many times to the customer and talked on chat no solution has come out. It's been 2 year in my area network problem is going on and there is call dropping problem. There is no solution for internet speed is slow. There are more than 20 houses in my area.
