    @JioCare You are giving New offer for customers if you recharge 4g offer you will get only less than 2g network or no network coverage please check the network issue in kollegal we are facing poor Jio network nowadays it's some time less than 2g or no network coverage kollegal.

    @JioCare This is so disappointing, you ask for a day to solve the issue and again I get no response Your service request number is SR00001CH0FD. You will receive an update by 2022-07-26T21:49:15. What is the point of such false notifications!

    @Ambradkar_RB @JioCare @reliancejio The Jio care seems to be a service center where the customer is just given an assurance that they are willing to help but when even they don't know. The customer keeps on getting a message of expected time which keeps on changing everytime you call the toll free number

    Hey @reliancejio last 2 days the network is totally down in our area by which we are so frustrated as our all work is pending. I just want to ask u whether u solve this issue right now or we switch to other telecom just reply me.

    @JioCare I have complained and escalated via email, phone call and also informed at the Chennai t.nagar branch. Even after that nobody turned up. worst service and looting money from common people.
