    @JioCare You are giving New offer for customers if you recharge 4g offer you will get only less than 2g network or no network coverage please check the network issue in kollegal we are facing poor Jio network nowadays it's some time less than 2g or no network coverage kollegal.

    @JioCare My home is hardly under 1 km from the nearest jio tower but i can not make calls,recieve calls,network flactuates and data speed is slower than a 2g network,and in indoor nothing happens, bought an extra sim and used an old mobile for wi fi tethering but same poor situation

    @JioCare Try to connect the feild team but no one is responding. Today is 4 th day.. Request you to plz cancel our activation, refund the security amount with recharge amount And ask someone spoke to collect the jio fiber setup box.
