    @JioCare You are giving New offer for customers if you recharge 4g offer you will get only less than 2g network or no network coverage please check the network issue in kollegal we are facing poor Jio network nowadays it's some time less than 2g or no network coverage kollegal.

    @JioCare I am unable use internet at my location.First I thought it was a problem with my phone but each and every person in my family facing the same problem. Now All my family members are going to Port there sims to jio. I hope jio could be as better as earlier.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Due to non support of my serious issues with Jio, I personally recommending everyone now not to use Jio Network. No any single Senior Person is there in Jio to resolve the issue of Postpaid customer/s. Worst experience ever. #Jio @reliancegroup

    @JioCare No resolution yet.I am getting a call from Jio team every day but they are asking me to mail/raise complaints using the portal. I have already mailed the issue multiple times and there are 2 open complaints on the portal. But no actions are being taken.Last call: 12:30PM (2/1/23)

    @JioCare @reliancejio #NewyearFakers Fakers Jio called me to recharge and get Rs 75 cashback, but I did get cashback, now jiocare is make excuses and delaying my issue. They asking and delaying same question again n again.. No intrest in give cashback. Time to port my Jio number

    @reliancejio As per suggetion by customer care I ported my jio number from odisha to tamilnadu circle, I'm in 5g area with 5g device but still no welcome offer. Worst service and commitment. Still no solution from jio . Waste of money...

    Hello Jio @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI why you sale your plan when you can't provide network???? Worst jio. Poorest Service. Worst Service ever. I'm going to Port my number very soon for a better service provider. Only 10-12 kb speed getting from last 3 weeks and no improvement.
