@JioCare You are giving New offer for customers if you recharge 4g offer you will get only less than 2g network or no network coverage please check the network issue in kollegal we are facing poor Jio network nowadays it's some time less than 2g or no network coverage kollegal.

@JioCare How do I activate my upcoming plan for JioFi? The app doesn't give an option to activate the upcoming plan. Still getting a notification to get a booster because I've exhausted my data even though I HAVE recharged. Also, how can I talk to some HUMAN at the customer care?
