    @JioCare I ported my mobile number to jio services, but I am not able to televerify my number because it is asking for 5 digit pin, which i didn't get in my mobile number. Kindly help me, my number is dead and my incoming is stopped now.

    @reliancejio @reliancegroup like to inform u that we are very disappointed with Jio network service and have also complained many times but not getting Proper response and solution for Jio Network. Hereby, its an humble request to Jio Group to provide solution for Jio Network.

    While i am in my house at pin code - 841414 my jio network was running badly and i felt exteremly sad about jio internet service and i tried to get new messages from whatsaap but i can't get because of slow internet speed @jiocare solve this problem

    @JioCare How come the priority takes 3 days to resolve for 5G company like @reliancejio. Really disappointed with the speed of service and lack of escalation metric.

    @reliancejio @exploreIMC Worse customer service when they have to give refund please don’t take their connection their team is full of liars where they say relocation stopped so you have to take new connection but they are not getting device picked up and not issuing refund . No respite by appellate too

    @JioCare Is your tagline "bandwidth backed by Enterprise-grade Service Level Agreement (SLA)." still valid. It has been 2 days since our internet is down and doesnt look to be resolved any soon. Is this the enterprise level SLA?

    I called in Bicky Shaw and he said that he won’t be coming, the service i get from airtel is the poorest i can get from any service. @reliancejio If possible please work on increasing your broadband area so that i can have a connection. As of now Jio broadband is not serviceable

    @JioCare @JioCare , I would like to discontinue my association with #JioFiber, due to poor operational service and infrastructure. I have used it only for 2 days. Please refund my amount and pick up your device. I don't think, it's gonna work for me.
