@reliancejio @reliancegroup like to inform u that we are very disappointed with Jio network service and have also complained many times but not getting Proper response and solution for Jio Network. Hereby, its an humble request to Jio Group to provide solution for Jio Network.

@JioCare Although I am a jio customer, I have not solved my problem till Today . It is the last day to take my number to another company. If you fail to solve my problem then I think your decision to leave jio telecom is right I think goodbye jio

@JioCare I ported my mobile number to jio services, but I am not able to televerify my number because it is asking for 5 digit pin, which i didn't get in my mobile number. Kindly help me, my number is dead and my incoming is stopped now.

Last week I switched service provider of my mom's phone to @reliancejio from Airtel, today since morning incoming calls on that number seems disabled, whenever someone tries to reach it says invalid number, however outgoing is working fine. Please help @JioCare

@reliancejio @JioBrowser 2times i raised for cancellations of jio fibre within 30days but both of the times it was cancelled from jio side and said that it is done by my permission which is totally wrong... I have all call recordings in which i requested to cancel jio fibre....
