@reliancejio @reliancegroup like to inform u that we are very disappointed with Jio network service and have also complained many times but not getting Proper response and solution for Jio Network. Hereby, its an humble request to Jio Group to provide solution for Jio Network.

@JioCare I ported my mobile number to jio services, but I am not able to televerify my number because it is asking for 5 digit pin, which i didn't get in my mobile number. Kindly help me, my number is dead and my incoming is stopped now.

@reliancejio My biggest mistake was that I got the port done in Jio. As soon as 3 months of my sim will be completed, I will get it changed to some other network provider. I have not seen such nonsense custamer support anywhere.on 13 feb my sim was activated but still not work.

@JioCare NO here is no any weather issue. even i have another sim which is working well. the problem is only in my sim. i explained in details to your customer support on call but i think so they are dumb or careless who written nonsence in there complaint.

@rachitpjain @JioCare On 5G calls have become impossible to talk on, on 4g calls work well... Dont have the same problem on Airtel 5G, where network works both on call n internet.

After series of complaints the negligence shown by @JioCare is very high as I can't get the network for past one week,no calls ,no sms ,no internet,I'm feeling like numb as the kind of service u provide is pathetic and the service centre guys are the one
