@reliancejio @reliancegroup like to inform u that we are very disappointed with Jio network service and have also complained many times but not getting Proper response and solution for Jio Network. Hereby, its an humble request to Jio Group to provide solution for Jio Network.

@JioCare I ported my mobile number to jio services, but I am not able to televerify my number because it is asking for 5 digit pin, which i didn't get in my mobile number. Kindly help me, my number is dead and my incoming is stopped now.

@JioCare the company executives sell products with misleading information with support from seniors n then seniors turn a deaf ear to this. It's ridiculous n very disappointed that co has to fool customers

@JioCare Jio refunded Rs500 on 21-May-22 to me (ID 3078986230) after seven days after the internet connection (CO0000M811YY) was cut. But remaining Rs1000 was not refunded till date even if repeated concerns were raised with Jio customer. It is a very bad experience from Jio.

@JioCare It's still hotstar mobile not hotstar premium. I think you really don't need your customers. Thanks for the showing your real faces, now onwards i never recommend any one to jio and i will try to convince them to be not take a jio connection wheather it is mobile or broadband

@JioCare And this is not my opinion. Their engineer himself mentioned it. So, even though they will congratulate themselve now s thinking that they solved my issue, they actually haven't. In fact they have instead created a whole issue which I will face in the future.
