    @reliancejio @JioCare 10+ days, multiple relocation requests, daily follow-ups, countless assurances of resolution within 24 hours. Every day a new ticket is raised and the previous one gets put on hold. Pathetic customer service. Need immediate action.

    @JioCare @reliancejio i hope no one uses jio like how worst your customer support team are! A bunch of idiots can't solve a single issue!! its been more than 5 days since the issue related to jio airfiber was created & such stupid app not showing payment failed history as well.

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with JioFiber support. It's been over 8 days since I requested cancellation of my connection. Two cancellation order IDs were generated after multiple calls, yet the connection remains active and both order IDs show "No Data Found". Please explain
