    @JioCare jio network in my area very poor. getting download speed of .75 to 1.25 mbps indoor and outdoor some times goes to 2mbps but in late night and early morning goes to 8 to 10 mbps but it's of no use that time. where as vodafone and airtel are getting 20 to 25 mbps indoor

    @JioCare seriously thinking to port my 9373565671 no due to poor network in my area. when complained to customer care they told me more no of people are using network so speed is low where as less no of people are using other network so their speed is high. my alt no is9370013700

    @JioCare @reliancejio From 18 th February made 2 recharge one got successful and other got failed its transaction id is BR000464VUMM Still my money is pending with them No response from customer care Very bad and pathetic service Please help to solve my problem asap 9325155500

    @JioCare complaining you about my internet network problem there's no improvement in internet network yet please solve it ASPR. Internet is only source for entertainment and for work purpose in lockdown period.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have filled complaint previously which is still not solved. Have JioFi connection but from last few days it's working very slow. Less than 100 kbps. Its frustrating.

    @airtelindia I raised issue 2 times,but no resolution.Facing network issue so much that since last 4 months no network at all at home, that too in hadapsar,Pune. No action taken by team despite having corporate connection and porting from @Idea. Feel like switching to @JioCare

    @JioCare I have recharged JioFi with annual package including Disney hotstar subscription for JioFi number 8767370848. I’m not able to login using this number in the Disney hotstar app as it asks for sms code which we can’t receive on the JioFi dongle. How do I login then

    @JioCare We are not getting #4G (actually even 2G).. and your boss is talking about #5G ... Don't send me your typical sorry message. I just sent you this so that @reliancejio should feel ashamed of themselves. Common man is paying for service which they're not getting!

    @kalpesh_jona123 Their services have went from bad to worse trust me I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these guys and one fine day I decided to switch to Jio and I must say Jio services are way better suggest you also switch to @JioCare

    @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio @JioCare i have called you guys multiple times that my fiber connection is having latency but no help since last 3 mths. Just asking 100s of things everytime. Get this sorted before I threw this box away and complaint about this ignorance further.
