    @reliancejio with two years of regular complaint the service of jio has only degraded to 0.2kbps instead of getting better. Every single time I was told we don't have a deadline. Now, I have to switch to @airtelindia I hope Airtel will give me the true 4G speed & better service

    @JioCare I don't need your help anymore as I am really frustrated and fed up with you guys. And my family despite having Every number switched to Jio we will again have to switch to other better network as you won't make things better for us. Check how many times I have DM in the past.

    26 months of continuous complaint but no improvement in speed which now runs 24hrs at 20-30kbps for download & 0.2kbps of browsing. now the network coverage of @reliancejio at my place has degraded but nothing has been done even once to improve except just saying lies @JioCare

    @ayushk1111 @reliancejio @JioCare They will never help you, this the only one statement they are using for their service. { Same for my case} So it's my suggestion pls switch from jio. Like me and stay happy with other services

    @JioCare Within 400 meter only network issue after 21.9.20. But out of 400 meter no any network issue..so dont say hand set issue..this problem face all ward member..plz resove it stop saying that handset issue.

    @JioCare i was not getting the internet speed and thankfully jio has solved my problem by not giving me network now. I thought jio is different than other telecom companies. I was wrong they don't even hear us

    @reliancejio despite complaining from last 1 and half year there is no signs of improvement in the internet speed of my locality. Except false statement of improvement with no deadlines is forcing me to switch to other network. Your staffs are rude & all my money is being wasted

    @JioCare from last 4 years I'm complaining for low Internet speed in my hometown area, now I'm not getting network also. Pathetic service.. Please resolve this issue ASAP otherwise i will have switch operatior. @reliancejio

    @reliancejio since last 2 years my speed and coverage has only reduced and respite regular complaint nothing happened in these years. It's awful to see such poor service. I think I should switch to @airtelindia as you have no intention to make things better.

    Why aren't you guys are replying to my issue raised, it's been 2 years numerous times I have complained but never evr @reliancejio installed either a new site or increased the bandwith for better coverage n speed. Just lying more users r using and we don't have a deadline.

    @JioCare Jio has left no stone unturned to increase the money and the network is giving the worst. Their executives keep hitting the same dialogue all the time and now they just disconnect the call. good booty and punk **** too

    It's really too much of inconvenience I ordered prepaid sim (matching number) but activated as postpaid, even I paid ₹349 @reliancejio @JioCare i need resolution immediately. Myjio app makes me in pure frustration

    @reliancejio @jio_fiber Booked for jio fiber connection on Saturday and one guy came to explain and got 800 rs for installation. He said Installation will be done in next 24 to 48 hours and we are contacting for past 5 days no response. Pathetic service.

    @JioCare small businesses like ours suffering internet downtime for 6 days in a row causes immense financial and work hardships. The entire idea of going for a business plan was to get seamless service and timely support, But it seems it's all on paper.
