    @JioCare I don't need your help anymore as I am really frustrated and fed up with you guys. And my family despite having Every number switched to Jio we will again have to switch to other better network as you won't make things better for us. Check how many times I have DM in the past.

    Why aren't you guys are replying to my issue raised, it's been 2 years numerous times I have complained but never evr @reliancejio installed either a new site or increased the bandwith for better coverage n speed. Just lying more users r using and we don't have a deadline.

    @JioCare from last 4 years I'm complaining for low Internet speed in my hometown area, now I'm not getting network also. Pathetic service.. Please resolve this issue ASAP otherwise i will have switch operatior. @reliancejio

    @JioCare the speed of @reliancejio in my locality since last 2 years is less than 100kbps & since 2 months it's 10kbps. Whenever I complaint always been told that we will install a new tower but except lies nothing happened. The next week I will cut all my 8 connection of jio

    @JioCare No any handset issue..only mobile tower location..in ths area.butbother area no any network issue after 400 meter..

    @ayushk1111 @reliancejio @JioCare They will never help you, this the only one statement they are using for their service. { Same for my case} So it's my suggestion pls switch from jio. Like me and stay happy with other services

    @reliancejio @JioCare I recharged a number of ₹199 while selecting the operator it was mistakenly chosen Vodafone might be due to app automatic findings.Kindly look into the issue.

    @reliancejio since last 2 years my speed and coverage has only reduced and respite regular complaint nothing happened in these years. It's awful to see such poor service. I think I should switch to @airtelindia as you have no intention to make things better.

    @JioCare Within 400 meter only network issue after 21.9.20. But out of 400 meter no any network issue..so dont say hand set issue..this problem face all ward member..plz resove it stop saying that handset issue.

    @JioCare Very very Poor Response for my Jio service connection. We have had a connection with Jio for the past 3 years. More than 10 complaints and no complaints were addressed immediately. Minimum 3 days. Even now, our issue is not solved after repeated follow up. Poor service
