  Facing worst connectivity by @Airtel_Presence Forget 4G..even basic network is not there. Several times I have raised complaint ,nobody cares. Location is given. Only @reliancejio giving seamless 4G coverage here in my hometown with 10K+ Population. PS: I'm a corporate customer.

  @JioCare It's been 26 hours since I escalated the issue. So far, only a service request has been created, no technician, no update, no resolution. I have now been without internet for 3 days.

  @JioCare This level of service is very disappointing. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. I connected with engineer assigned on yesterday, He said- ‘ I dont work for jio anymore’ I rescheduled today and i can see the same engineer name on jio app My question- Whyy?
