    @JioCare my number is 919074441480 , it was not reacharged for some months but yesterday I have recharged it , but till now there is no network . Trying to get to your customer care but unable to connect.Please help me I am in train hence can't go to nearest centre also.

    @jio_fiber @JioCare pathetic customer support. I have been having issues since last month. Have made several complaints. Today when the services went off. I contacted for help and the supervisor says I can't send a technician for a password reset as you don't know how to do it.

    @reliancejio @JioCare 10+ days, multiple relocation requests, daily follow-ups, countless assurances of resolution within 24 hours. Every day a new ticket is raised and the previous one gets put on hold. Pathetic customer service. Need immediate action.

    @JioCare @JioCare This level of negligence and lack of communication is completely unacceptable from a company of Jio’s scale. I have already invested considerable time following up through multiple channels, yet there has been no resolution.

    @Sachan8574 Refund process, any thing refund can take 7 days to 90 days, but you cannot get service without payment. Whether it's Telecom like @JioCare or railway irctc takes 3-4 days even after auto cancellation, corporates get to use money for few days without any interest
