    @reliancejio @JioCare I have recharged for 5G but I need to set it to 4G despite 5G network in area. Because the network goes away every few minutes. I am missing calls and messages. Also you don't have any live support. Wd you please look into this harrasment.

    @JioCare But that service request was closed without restoring my connection. Now, on call, I am being told that the payment I made was actually adjusted against an old due and that my account was blocked because of non-payment.3/4

    You should probably retrain and revise the expected time of resolution that your #AI adds to standard 72hours. Because before that nobody from @JioCare @reliancejio @jiofibre bothers. One in a crore, they do NOT care at all.

    @JioCare I’ve been trying to raise a technician visit request for last 2 days. Despite contacting JioCare and following all the troubleshooting steps provided, the issue still persists and no technician visit has been scheduled. I’m on a 100 Mbps plan but getting only ~15 Mbps.

    From last 10 days idk why the hell @airtelindia network is not working, not able to make call, unable to use internet, everytime call get disconnected, made mistake by porting from @reliancejio to airtel, hope this 90days end soon.

    @JioCare Have got same self help advise everyday. Did it numerous times & it hasn't sorted the problem. Unplugged many times, will surely unplug all our @reliancejio @JioCare connections permanently. You guys are disgraceful & should be barred from giving any services.
