    @airtelindia @reliancejio @JioCare are you guys in a race to provide worst service. @Airtel_Presence you have a upper hand since I have a wifi connection in which the speed suddenly drops in kbps so i think it’s a tight race.

    @JioCare Data be consumed at a much higher pace in jio fibre. Is there something wrong with jio consumption rate? Can consumer opt into higher plan like gold plan if i have already paid annual amount for silver plan. I need to upgrade! Help jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Facing bad internet connectivity from past 15 days I had complaint many times but the response was same it was due to over traffic on network it was a kind of temprary issue But i think it's permanent Very dissapointed

    @JioCare We contacted customer care multiple times — first they said 1 hour, then 24 hours, and now they keep saying “it will be resolved shortly.” We even visited the Jio Store, but they redirected us back to customer care. No one is taking responsibility.

    @JioCare I paid Rs. 2222 for a new Jio Fiber connection on April 15th. The service engineer came for installation and completed the setup, but by mistake they activated the Wi-Fi incorrectly. Because of this mistake, my Wi-Fi connection has not been working. So refund my full p payment

    @JioCare Jio network not working since last few weeks -no calls, no internet. Installed WiFi/set-top box to fix it, but that’s also not working (no signal/channels not loading). Very disappointing.Please arrange a technician visit or replacement ASAP @reliancejio @sancharsathi

    @JioCare guy is demanding money to deliver my SIM. I haven’t even received it yet! What kind of service is this? It’s been 8+ days and your customer care is completely useless no response, no solution. This is pathetic. Deliver my SIM immediately or I will take strict action.

    @reliancejio I have a 1‑year Jio AirFiber connection, but I am struggling to even get 20 Mbps speed. Most of the time it drops to 1 Mbps. Support is not helping at all. Very disappointed.

    Shameful service from @JioCare @reliancejio! When there's a network issue and we complain, there is no response for months. But now, I’m getting threatening calls from [8328673760] stating my number will be deactivated due to no recharge.
