    Seriously very very bad experience...i am just waiting for @reliancejio fibre to launch next month..i am going to switch my 3 Digital tv connections..2 broadband connections to there service for sure

    @JioCare @reliancejio Facing bad internet connectivity from past 15 days I had complaint many times but the response was same it was due to over traffic on network it was a kind of temprary issue But i think it's permanent Very dissapointed

    @JioCare Data be consumed at a much higher pace in jio fibre. Is there something wrong with jio consumption rate? Can consumer opt into higher plan like gold plan if i have already paid annual amount for silver plan. I need to upgrade! Help jio

    It's like hell when i use @reliancejio sim. Bakwas network no speed it's like i am using 1G network.

    From yesterday, there is an issue in your network till now that i even cann't browse or open my documents. And I also did troubleshooting but it doesn't work to rectify an issue& there is no response from your technical team. Please resolve the issue and look into it.@reliancejio

    Customer service is the essence of a good company...but you guys doesn’t seem to care...this not the first incident i faced...you are scaling your operations to compete with @JioCare @reliancejio but you don’t know how to scale by not losing your customers

    @airtelindia @reliancejio @JioCare are you guys in a race to provide worst service. @Airtel_Presence you have a upper hand since I have a wifi connection in which the speed suddenly drops in kbps so i think it’s a tight race.

    @reliancejio @JioCare my request SR00001CY76O is not getting resolved at all. The engineers are saying they need to install a new hub as the previous hub had 8 connection capacity and they removed mine to give in to a newer connection. It's been 4 days. Pls help the engineers out

    @JioCare Don’t take any connection of jiofiber ever if you want to use landline they never give service for landline mine dead from one week and no service internet also is pathetic have to restart modem many times a day getting slow browsing speed and download airtel is better
