What a strange condition im stuck in...at my location @JioCare sucks and @Airtel_Presence rocks...but to get a new sim... only jio is available...airtel has no stores or retailers. (1/2)

@JioCare felt cheated after speaking to jio customer care. Unable to fix the recharge issue. I mistakenly did a recharge of 598 instead of 599. So sad to see jio is interested in money than customer’s satisfaction @reliancejio
