    @reliancejio @HarnaazSandhu03 Phele network theek karo.. I use to recharge 555. Now i have stopped recharging my no, even everybody has stopped recharging due to your pathetic service. I complained last month u guys said will rectify it but nothing happened. So i stopped recharging and using @airtelindia

    @JioCare We have examined a DND complaint for telemarketing/promotional activity from your Jio number 9511634887. My phone is outgoing and incoming call is closed but our recharge pack is 1feb 2022 pls help me

    @JioCare I am from gomti nagar lucknow UP east. Not occasionally it is daily problem There is very slow speed of internet also in my balcony on first floor of individual house. signals are full but internet speed is like 2G .I have three jio sim in three moblies all having same issue

    @JioCare These robotic replies are really annoying. Just send your representative to this area ie Ukkunagram. Find out what is the problem in rolling out the fiber and sort it out. As far as I know fiber is ready to be deployed here but due to some administrative reasons, not happening

    @JioCare I am amazed to see how a Company like Jio, who is a revolutionary company in the history of Digital India, can provide service like this to customers in 2021. Especially considering the fact that for the past 2 years everybody is working from home. Really disappointed today.

    @JioCare I have DM you with the details you requested. The Customer Care executive told me on the call, that today this issue will not be addressed but tomorrow at 11AM. Since it was past 5:30PM. FYI, the service request was logged at 5:31PM.
