@abhiwhy @JioCare Yes, it's a new normal for Jio 5G. Facing the same issue in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Shift to 4G by selecting preferable network type. Sometimes, even a single image can't be downloaded on 5G network.

@JioCare I have done a mobile recharge to JIO No. Bank statement shows that amount has gone to Reliance JIO. But No benefits were given by JIO. 02 months have passed, neither amount refunded nor any customer service. where this amount has gone ? @DoT_India @NPCI_NPCI
