    @JioCare Hello jio team... We are back to square one. My entire day is wasted due to the superfast speed of0.2 mbps on a 300mbps plan. There is no communication of scheduled downtime from jio.. And it would be excdptable if it was just for 30 min to an hour.. But issue is since morning

    @reliancejio @JioCare today I am calling in jio call center about I am without usage off data pack zero 1.5 GB data finished but I am calling to call center one off the person who unstifid and no sloved my problem . Without using data how can I finished .

    hello One of your Jiofiber customer. i am facing problem in that and i complained on your customer care no. and they said that it will be solved by 4pm but i wait till 4:30 but my problem is not solved yet. Again i called then they said that it will solved tomorrow. @JioCare
