@JioCare Complaint raised yesterday evening, but no response till now. This is not good service for "Work From Home" employees who are relying in your Broadband service. Even one of your agent lied that after 4hrs issue will automatically resolve.

@JioCare Internet hasn't been working for 3days nw.Called customer care15times. Engr. visit scheduled-didn't come.Everyday getting different excuses, temporary outage, ll be resolved in 2hrs, escalated to concerned team, Engr. not available. No clarity on the resolution & issue

@JioCare You have already given the update, that inspite of the fact that your co. is at fault for not conveying to the customer, you have refused to waive off the late payment charges. Your co. doesn't provide customer service rather they do gundaraj. Badly disappointed. #jioFraud
