    away from my location. Customers pay for uninterrupted service, and weather conditions should not lead to such frequent outages. I request Jio to treat this as a priority and restore both JioFiber and mobile network services immediately @JioCare

    @JioCare, I run a lodge near Sanjay Dubri Tiger Reserve, Sidhi, MP, and the network and internet are very poor here. We host many guests from indian as well as out of India, and nowadays you know how important the internet is, please help on this and there is a tower in 1 km

    @JioCare Very poor network coverage at Law Centre-II, University of Delhi, Chhatra Marg. New Delhi -110007.No proper connectivity and internet services are barely working. Kindly resolve the issue urgently.

    @JioCare @reliancejio The engineer is not assigned yet. The complaint was raised on June 3rd for pickup but the device is not picked up yet. Also still my plan is 599 @ 30 mbps. I'm not using tv box and cancellation request is raised so plan should be updated accordingly
