    @JioCare I was using silver annual plan jio fiber and had single band router. Called customer care, they said recharge 999 or above to get dual band router. Now cc is saying we cant do. Will sue you in consumer court, i hv the recording

    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare For the last few days, internet speed is running very slow in Jio. I am very unhappy with your service. My house is close to your tower, yet internet speed is very slow. Solve my problem or else I will stop using your sim card.

    After a lot of complain and tweets i still suffer from internet service. JioFiber become headache. If you are unable to resolve problem please confirm so that i can cancel your service. @reliancejio @fiber_jio @JioCare #JioFiber
