Used @JioFiberVoice @JioCare wifi for 2 and a half months .. not a single week went where I had a smoothless services .. Call their agents they are even more pathetic ..instead of registering complaint teaching us what to do

I switched to reliance jio 3 months ago and it appears wrong decision. Outage is a different thing, customer care response is the most important issue. No one is picking up calls, no notification or update and we are clueless if it's local issue or an outage. @reliancejio
