@JioCare You guys are seriously pathetic.. Today called twice for Interent my issue isn’t resolved yet. Your costumer service people say that you don’t have slots for technician visit.. This isn’t acceptable.. Worst Customerservice.. Didn’t expected this from Jio fiber..

@JioCare got a postpaid connection on 9 march, and it's not working since 10 march. Made complaints several times but no one visited yet. Called the person who came to installtion, but he is not even bothered to answer calls. Pathetic service.

Pathetic after sales service by Jio Fiber. Internet down since yesterday evening. No resolution of complaint till now. Been more than 20 hours. No update whatsoever. Airtel is far better @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI

Shameful & poor service @reliancejio @JioCare still not my complaint is resolved & the number of connection at my place is the same. I would request you to please act on it immediately or else i would cut the wire & everyone will their connection in my society.

Jio has Wrst customer service. Jio store 10 am pe open hota h bt work start from 12pm & most of the time server down. @reliancejio
