    @JioCare @JioCare I have not received any sms of delay. And unable to login to jio app through the Mobile number. It says unregistered. I'm submitting same number I used during registration. I don't understand why there is delay ,when installation was promised the same day I paid.

    @JioCare Since repeated follow-up /complaints have gone unaddressed, the issue continues to persist. Due to this prolonged inconvenience, I am left with no option but to consider switching to another service provider that can ensure reliable connectivity& truly customer-centric approach.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have completed two recharges for my Jio Air Fiber service, and it remains unavailable. It is concerning that direct access to a customer executive is not provided within your current support structure. This represents a significant service deficiency.

    Hi @reliancejio @JioCare Facing continuous network issues with my Jio connection. Requesting urgent replacement of the router and connection wire as the service quality has been very poor. Kindly resolve this at the earliest.

    Amazing experience with @ViCustomerCare. Ordered Sim and got delivered in 2 hours. Had ordered sim with @JioCare 16 days ago and after multiple calls and follow up still not received sim. Height of frustration. Jio should learn customer service from #Vi.Shameful service @JioCare
