    @reliancejio my location village Malana pincode 385001 last 6months internet speed 50 to 80 kB....not a very good service Jio 4g....now time like 2g Jio.... improve service otherwise Jio company left decision finally

    @JioFiberVoice @JioCare : no response in last 30 hours. @_MukeshAmbani : customer care is unresponsive, better hire robots as all they do is say the same thing no matter what your response is. Worst service

    Be it de dupe check negative of Jio or not providing the reason behind no wifi service even after timely payment. The reason is monopoly of two service providers @airtelindia @reliancejio. We don't have much options left,even after exploitation we can't switch.

    @JioCare Yesterday engineer came,did temporary fix and said the original engineer has not done proper job. Today again NO INTERNET, can you provide permanent resolution asap? 3 times in week same problem. #Jio
