    @reliancejio my location village Malana pincode 385001 last 6months internet speed 50 to 80 kB....not a very good service Jio 4g....now time like 2g Jio.... improve service otherwise Jio company left decision finally

    @JioCare It’s been more than 20–25 days and I’ve continuously raised complaints regarding the poor network service. The issue is with the tower/router installed, which still hasn’t been resolved. Am I going to get a refund for the service I paid for but couldn’t even properly utilize?

    @JioCare Received Service Restoration Message just now. Thanks for resolution. However please improve on customer service as 24 hours outage is big concern. We don’t want to go back to BSNL era.

    Appalling service from @JioCare! Made over 20+complaints about NO network in the city, but your executives just hang up on me.can't even get 4G speed. My daily work completely depends on the net. You take our money but provide zero service? Fix this immediately! @reliancejio

    in some countries companies can’t spam you with calls/messages for every little thing meanwhile in india if your recharge expires: 10 calls, 20 messages, 3 reminders per day wtf is this? @reliancejio @JioCare
