@reliancejio my location village Malana pincode 385001 last 6months internet speed 50 to 80 kB....not a very good service Jio 4g....now time like 2g Jio.... improve service otherwise Jio company left decision finally

Jio/Reliance and anything associated definitely means no customer service and pathetic experience @NetMeds has not cancelled/refunded my order even after a week when I have asked to cancel it numerous times via their so pathetic chat/call channels. @reliancejio @JioMart_Support

@JioCare i am really frustrated by the network services of @reliancejio in recent time.. It shows full signal yet people say my no. is switched off.. Then i switch on and off Airplane mode and then receive 100s of miscall alerts.. this is absolutely #nonsense.. Check DM

@JioCare very poor service, the burst part is customer care service, they will ask you thousands questions for issue. But not provide you solution. I'm facing continue call dropped issue in city (Kalyan) area. Taking follow up from last 2 weeks but no response.
