    @JioCare forgot about 5G your 4g service is getting worse day by day at my villege 😶 .. look into this ASAP . major problem is Call drop and internet speed .

    @reliancejio my location village Malana pincode 385001 last 6months internet speed 50 to 80 kB....not a very good service Jio 4g....now time like 2g Jio.... improve service otherwise Jio company left decision finally

    @JioCare Where is disconnected, what you are not able to understand. It's a very simple network issue. Only 1 signal in inside the house. Then where is disconnected. Inspite of resolving the issue just linger on the issue nothing else.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Paid ₹2221 for JioFiber on Apr 3 (Order: NO0001CN8LJ2). Installation scheduled Apr 4 but still not completed till today (Apr 11). Technician asked extra ₹700 (unofficial), no response since then. No support from customer care. Forced to run on hotspot.
