@JioCare @PMOIndia @PiyushGoyal Please make rule to prevent corporate asking for name cell no etc when the complaint is about their general policy. I ended up making double payment (bcos of APP fault) but JIO shows only one. For my complaint but JIO did not even give acknowledgement

Dear @JioCare I want an additional set top box for which I have dialled the help line number which do not have an option for the box as mentioned on the website. Also written an email on care which is replied by a bot and seems useless

Booked Jio Fiber connection on 26th Feb’22.Received an email stating installation is scheduled on 28th Feb. No one turned up till today, no communication from Jio Fiber team, useless customer care. Such a pathetic service from Jio @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio @JioCare
