@reliancejio my location village Malana pincode 385001 last 6months internet speed 50 to 80 kB....not a very good service Jio 4g....now time like 2g Jio.... improve service otherwise Jio company left decision finally

@reliancejio if you don't want to refund the money for jio fiber connection then say it clearly! Don't play with people's time and money! I thought that jio fiber is the best of all; It is the best(the product) but your after service is the worst i have ever experienced!

@reliancejio it's been a while Ive noticed a sudden decline in the jio network . The net speed has eventually slowed down irrespective of good network range and data pack. Do look into the matter and try to fix the net speed .Not the kind of experience customer looks for.

@JioCare I am an @airtelindia users but after a lot of complains (almost from1.5 years) they are not able to solve basic internet problem hence I have decided to move on. Two question 1- Can your team deliver it at my place. 2- how soon you can get it done.
