@Airtel_Presence has also joined hands with @JioCare to shut tower within no time of power failure. Even 2g network not available. I don't think they improve their services but it getting worse... What a great service providers...

@JioCare Stop recharge reminder on every call. I am human not animal. I remember the date when I need to recharge but you are irritating by doing so. just one reminder is enough to make the customer aware but you keep irritating. I am porting my number otherwise stop it.

@JioCare @reliancejio Jio loses nearly 13 million customer in Dec 2021for bad network as well as worst intent speed. In future they loses more. If not upgrade their network. I also thinking about porting my jio number in next month.

Hey @reliancejio , I have scheduled the installation of JIO set up box for yesterday. There is no update from your engineer so far. Even, I have escalate the issue on the support but no luck. Why do you charge customer when you cannot provide them with the set up box?
