    @asianet ur broadband connection is the worst broadband I've ever used. For the past two weeks I have called more than 10 times due to poor network or no network at all. i want a better broadband. Anyone can help? @JioCare @BSNL_KL

    @reliancejio I have given a relocation service request almost 12 days back and it yet to get resolved A/c no : 04843576375 , ph : 9847708030. Contacted customer service multiple times and they have no solution and i need to pay rent for your service delay. It’s pathetic

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hai Jio Service request No SR000011WKAF has been closed without addressing the issue. What kind of customer care?? I took Jio fibre two months before with all my dues paid. Still waiting for set up box. Shall I close the connection ?? Very poor mgt

    @reliancejio Terrible terrible experience with severe buffering from #JioCinema.. Could not watch 2 min of the match continuously.. Have never had such a disappointing experience with any other app.

    @JioCare I have booked JioFiber on behalf of my Grandmother and made payment on 14th of September. Tried following up with your team.They are giving excuses and not showing up.Till now installation has not been done. I feel very disappointed with your service. Pincode: 673006

    @JioCare @reliancejio My voice phone and jiocall has not been working for two months. On three occasion I madecomplaint through call centre. Each time I get message that complaint is addressed without doing anything. Fed up. My number is 0495 3590601

    @vodafone If you are planing to exit India do share the notification your charging monthly but no network in my office cabin beside @JioCare with Sim is ok Ok network at least can take call but on Vodafone have to leave the cabin just for a talk

    @JioCare @reliancejio what a pathetic app and customer service. I want to disconnect my jio airfiber connection and there is no option for it in the app or the customer care number. No option to speak to customer care directly either.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I orderd new airfiber and got installed today. Technician demanded me money for the installation and for the petrol.when i called the manager his tone was very bad and told me that u will have to pay. If u will not u will regret.i have proof as recording

    @JioCare My Zee5 subscription is not working for the last 3 months with Jio AirFiber. Still asking for subscription even after login with registered number. No resolution yet, only service request updates. How long should I wait? Need immediate fix.

    Absolutely unacceptable service from @reliancejio . My JioAirFiber has been non-operational since Saturday, 23rd May, and despite multiple complaints, calls, and reschedules, the issue still remains unresolved. What’s worse? Jio keeps assigning the SAME engineer who openly says he no longer works for Jio. Yet the company continues to assign him repeatedly instead of actually fixing the issue. This level of incompetence, lack of transparency, and complete disregard for customers is pathetic. Customers pay for reliable service, not endless excuses and fake service assignments. Do better, Jio. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio from my jio app i tried o book a sim for home delivery. Payment was done on 20may 2026 and ordered . 6 days passed but its not yet delivered. Followed up with the delivery agent and the customer care but no luck so far.. Booking code 9F5295EDEE
