    @reliancejio Just ensure atleast Jio mobile app is working fine to do recharge once high speed data limit is exhausted. Poor speed in the name of Unlimited access.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Very difficult to talk to ur support. Ur chat is a bot: asks a few silly qns and then falls silent without addressing the issue. The service nos. are no help either. There is serious 4G/LTE network issue in our area. Please help ASAP.
