A brutal service by @reliancejio fiber connection. Whn I generate a query that time person from Jio (location noida sector 34) TL Saroj Kumar and sales person Prasant Rai came to us and took 6 months charges but not even taking call. Evn custmr care also making foolish us. Shame.
