The dude started speaking in Hindi and was adamant he could only speak Hindi. The 198 IVRS has no option to select JioFi queries. The 1800-889-999 number asks the customer to call 1800-886-9999 and when you call that number, it says this service is not operational.

I raised a complaint yesterday, nobody came. today a service guy came and he saw the wiring has been destroyed and he said he will be back with wire and made my complaint on hold. He didnt arrive at all, I called him and he was saying today we have a meeting of all engineers, and he will be at my place by 3:30, he didnt arrive again and when i see in myjio app the complaint is not anymore shown and the guy doesnt even picks my phone now. They have no working habits or accountability. Only your vile team keep calling with useless messages without any resolution. Your service is a joke and substandard offering like all Jio operations. I have no hopes from your team at all, because you have gone totallly downhill with complaints. Zero responsibility Zero service Zero overall, shame on you.

The recharge wasn't successful, and the Credit Store balance hasn't been refunded yet. Please resolve this issue pn priority and let me know when the ₹319 will be credited back.
