Jio is one of the most disdainful network connection i have been using since last one year. It has very slow internet network and very high recharge plans i request everybody not to use jio network anymore @reliancejio @JioCare @JioCareers

@JioCare I am getting assurances from customer support for last 2 days. But all those assurances have turned up meaningless.The customer care executives say that they have created an appointment but nobody in @reliancejio system is responsible for fulfilling them.

@JioCare Ur temporary network issue is there from last 4 yrs.if I m getting full bill every month then I must get services. It's my hard earned money. I dont care what network issue facing, I'm abt to loose my job evn aftr giving 500 pm. Add a booster @my place. That'll work @reliancejio

@VodafoneGroup worst service provider no response from customer service. Customer service person repetitively cut your calls. I have been using vodafone for long but now I think it's time to move to @airtelindia or @JioCare no reward or service for been long time customer!

@JioCare @reliancejio Please cancel my connection request now, send a cancellation confirmation mail and refund my money. That will be all. There is nothing u can do to make sure that installation is done as the guys who have to do installation don’t care about ur assurances. Please act fast.
