Jio is one of the most disdainful network connection i have been using since last one year. It has very slow internet network and very high recharge plans i request everybody not to use jio network anymore @reliancejio @JioCare @JioCareers

I told them that I haven't even used the service for a single second, KAJAL MODAK told me I'm charged because the service was activated as I shared the OTP. I was tricked by customer care to share the OTP so that they can charge me. DISGUSTING! @_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio

@JioCare Worst experience with Jio Fiber internet. Disconnected services a month ago but no one came to pick up device or give refund. No escalation mechanism. Poor service. Never go for JIO Internet. Ever

@reliancejio @JioCare Many employees are still doing WFH & i am still doing wfh from my village but JIO convty is very poor and many users switching to Airtel due to signal issue so need to install jio tower at my village Thana (Baheri-243201, Bareilly) for avoiding portability.
