    Jio is one of the most disdainful network connection i have been using since last one year. It has very slow internet network and very high recharge plans i request everybody not to use jio network anymore @reliancejio @JioCare @JioCareers

    @JioCare U have the worst coverage nationwide and the worst customer support service. If for one whole day the internet didn't work then u will return back money for that very day @reliancejio. Very disappointed,Will soon PORT.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am listening this same bullshit for the last 1 month. It reflects how inefficient your organization is or the company is not interested in making any refund. Whatever the issue maybe there is no excuse to justify the delay of a month

    @reliancejio I had hand overed fiber connection during the trial period on ¹st May due to face many problems while my online classes. But my amount (1500)still not credited in my account. Sent many mails to jio care but not getting appropriate response. Tell me what should I do

    @JioCare Thanks! If Jio is available we have 416 residents and most of us will switch from @Airtel_Presence as they are monopoly and doesn't care about customer

    @JioCare @chiragst81 Hello. We got new connection of Jio Fiber 2 weeks ago and it’s not working from last 1 week. Called to support many times and they keep assigning new service request and nobody’s fixing it. I regret a lot getting Jio over act or airtel. Never going to recommend anyone
