    @MiralSalunke @VodafoneIN @reliancejio Honestly I agree with you. I so wish I couldn’t have recharged for the year. Hoping @VodafoneIN to resolve the issue else definitely once this recharge is over I ll switch to other network. There’s no option only even after being client from almost 6-7 years.

    Dear @VodafoneIN I don’t know when you ll resolve network issues. It’s been almost five years I am facing network issues at home. For data connectivity I started using @reliancejio as secondary number. I wish not to port Vodafone number with any other company. Do something.

    @JioCare Dm sent even my neighbours are also using 5G network but on my number I am not getting 5G signals even I have done all the settings in my mobile and my mobile also support 5G networks that is Samsung as A52s gmap plus code 5G6FXQ+MC6 Kalol, Gujarat

    @Jio @JioHotstar @JioCare ₹899 recharge includes JioHotstar, but app still shows Subscribe. Subscription is active in MyJio but not working. Facing this for 2 days. Tried login/logout 30+ times and reinstalled app still not fixed. Please resolve this backend issue urgently.

    @JioCare "This is my exact location (23.6297857, 72.4852948). Despite thousands of complaints, there is NO 5G coverage here. Don't claim it's available; users have to travel 2km away from the village just to get a signal. Please send a team to verify. We are tired of waiting! Fix this!

    @JioCare has hotstar replied to my issue ? They unprofessionally stripped my account of the benefits. I also escalated to @TRAI on the issue. With this type of #fraud and #cheating , no one would like to be a member of hotstar. It should be rightly renamed as Flopstar.
