    @JioCare Dm sent even my neighbours are also using 5G network but on my number I am not getting 5G signals even I have done all the settings in my mobile and my mobile also support 5G networks that is Samsung as A52s gmap plus code 5G6FXQ+MC6 Kalol, Gujarat

    @MiralSalunke @VodafoneIN @reliancejio Honestly I agree with you. I so wish I couldn’t have recharged for the year. Hoping @VodafoneIN to resolve the issue else definitely once this recharge is over I ll switch to other network. There’s no option only even after being client from almost 6-7 years.

    Dear @VodafoneIN I don’t know when you ll resolve network issues. It’s been almost five years I am facing network issues at home. For data connectivity I started using @reliancejio as secondary number. I wish not to port Vodafone number with any other company. Do something.

    @jio_fiber @JioCare @reliancejio Today is 24th April. I raised my request on 14th April. Till date no jio team either social media or Local branch has helped me. Jio is only name. They are worst in providing customer resolution. After sales service is WORST.

    @JioCare Can i get a refund please. No one has called or shown up till date. Your service is pathetic. You have no power over your vendors, thats what happens when you don't own anything and have these 3rd party vendors in place for every work Your service request was cancelled.
