@MiralSalunke @VodafoneIN @reliancejio Honestly I agree with you. I so wish I couldn’t have recharged for the year. Hoping @VodafoneIN to resolve the issue else definitely once this recharge is over I ll switch to other network. There’s no option only even after being client from almost 6-7 years.

Dear @VodafoneIN I don’t know when you ll resolve network issues. It’s been almost five years I am facing network issues at home. For data connectivity I started using @reliancejio as secondary number. I wish not to port Vodafone number with any other company. Do something.

@reliancejio Reliance io hi Wanted bill invoice for period April 2021 to October 2021 Need urgently for my reimbursement claim Customer care says the automated system can only process upto 180 days. As per accounting a company has to release bill invoice if the customer wants it.

@JioCare When I called now ur customer care to my surprise the issue was tagged as resolved. It's 4th day in running I m without Internet. Sec time in a month n previously too I waited for 4 days 4 resolution. Hope to get reimbursement for 8 days 4 no service @ImAtulKansal @reliancejio

@JioFiberVoice @JioCare Pathetic fiber service and customer care service. It’s been more than 4 days & engineering is not visiting to fix the issue. Moreover even if the fiber doesn’t work for one week there is no extension provided for the lost usage. Do something Jio!!!
