@MiralSalunke @VodafoneIN @reliancejio Honestly I agree with you. I so wish I couldn’t have recharged for the year. Hoping @VodafoneIN to resolve the issue else definitely once this recharge is over I ll switch to other network. There’s no option only even after being client from almost 6-7 years.

Dear @VodafoneIN I don’t know when you ll resolve network issues. It’s been almost five years I am facing network issues at home. For data connectivity I started using @reliancejio as secondary number. I wish not to port Vodafone number with any other company. Do something.

@JioCare @reliancejio I am extremely disappointed with the service support of Jio. After two days of my complaint today 2 person came from Jio to resolve the issue. After 1 hour they told me that set top box is faulty and created work order and will be replaced within 1 hour.

Hey @JioCare , I have opted for relocation for the jiofiber on 5th june for 10th june. It's not yet done. I have been reaching the customer care everyday and they are saying the same thing everyday day "Today our engineers will visit". But no one is calling. @reliancejio
