@MiralSalunke @VodafoneIN @reliancejio Honestly I agree with you. I so wish I couldn’t have recharged for the year. Hoping @VodafoneIN to resolve the issue else definitely once this recharge is over I ll switch to other network. There’s no option only even after being client from almost 6-7 years.

Dear @VodafoneIN I don’t know when you ll resolve network issues. It’s been almost five years I am facing network issues at home. For data connectivity I started using @reliancejio as secondary number. I wish not to port Vodafone number with any other company. Do something.

@praaatiiik @JioCare Bro u can use also bsnl i have been using them since 8 years no issue at all and in our area Sometimes the net fails but it gets to work within 4 hrs as the people behind them really work . Please try this as temporary and mark my words u will turn it into permanent

@praaatiiik @JioCare I got frustrated with their service after 4 long years at 2 locations (Chennai and Bangalore). I've given up my JioFiber connection and moved to @ACTFibernet at both the locations. The speed and connection stability is so far really good.

I recharged with ₹899 Jio plan on 9 June, within 48 hrs of expiry, but my Disney+ Hotstar subscription was never activated. Support told me it was active, later said "one-time offer" — no clarity, no remark in app. Case closed without solution. Please fix this. @JioCare

No vodafone network since 4 months, yes 4 months! Unable to make or receive any calls. And no jio fibre wifi yet again this month. So basically just stranded. Horrible services @JioCare @ViCustomerCare
