    @JioCare Dm sent even my neighbours are also using 5G network but on my number I am not getting 5G signals even I have done all the settings in my mobile and my mobile also support 5G networks that is Samsung as A52s gmap plus code 5G6FXQ+MC6 Kalol, Gujarat

    Dear @VodafoneIN I don’t know when you ll resolve network issues. It’s been almost five years I am facing network issues at home. For data connectivity I started using @reliancejio as secondary number. I wish not to port Vodafone number with any other company. Do something.

    @MiralSalunke @VodafoneIN @reliancejio Honestly I agree with you. I so wish I couldn’t have recharged for the year. Hoping @VodafoneIN to resolve the issue else definitely once this recharge is over I ll switch to other network. There’s no option only even after being client from almost 6-7 years.

    @JioCare @reliancejio pathetic service by jio.. I have internet outage from 3rd may. It's been 3 days since ticket has been raised there are multiple reschedules (6-8 times), same answer from their helpline.. they provided nodal officer number for escalation, which is dead. Ugh!

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio It’s been more than a week since my JioAirFiber relocation request. Multiple SRs were raised (SR0000350ZP5) but the issue is still unresolved. No engineer visit, no proper update, only automated messages. Please arrange a callback and resolve this urgently.

    @hangryoldman @JioCare @airtelindia Earlier jio's services used to be very good, you could troubleshoot issues through myjio app and easily schedule a technician visit yourself. Now, you cannot do that even after calling customer care.

    Hello @JioCare I am facing the worst service with your @jio_fiber. Every month internet does not work atleast for 2 days. Today the router shows green light on, but no internet. Unable to reach the service through call, emails or instant chat. Need a response at the earliest.

    @JioCare no one to receive calls out courtesy when network outage on Air Fiber connection. Trying to call customer care but line gets disconnected automatically. Third class service. What digital era we are living in ! #noaccoutability
