    @JioCare Dm sent even my neighbours are also using 5G network but on my number I am not getting 5G signals even I have done all the settings in my mobile and my mobile also support 5G networks that is Samsung as A52s gmap plus code 5G6FXQ+MC6 Kalol, Gujarat

    @MiralSalunke @VodafoneIN @reliancejio Honestly I agree with you. I so wish I couldn’t have recharged for the year. Hoping @VodafoneIN to resolve the issue else definitely once this recharge is over I ll switch to other network. There’s no option only even after being client from almost 6-7 years.

    Dear @VodafoneIN I don’t know when you ll resolve network issues. It’s been almost five years I am facing network issues at home. For data connectivity I started using @reliancejio as secondary number. I wish not to port Vodafone number with any other company. Do something.

    @vivbajaj @reliancejio @JioCare This is your conditions. Think about " mango people" How they suffer. Consumer is always at pitty in this sucking product selling country. I don't know when we will get product and service both.

    @JioCare after increasing rate of tarrif..pls improve service...in my area still in house net speed very low..

    @JioCare Jio air fiber is a paux. Very poor and pathetic service. From Saturday onwards for the past three days I didn't have wifi connection and I am unable to watch TV. I have tried ten times the customer care number. I am unable to inform my grievances.

    Been struggling with #JioFiber internet issues for the last 7 months. Multiple complaints and support interactions, but still no permanent resolution. Several users in my area are facing the same problem. SR00002L6U88 was raised, but we need an actual long-term fix now. @JioCare

    Dear @JioCare, for the last 6 months I’ve been repeatedly calling and raising complaints about extremely slow internet indoors. Every single time, I’m told: “Sir, there is temporary service work in your area, it will be resolved soon.”

    @JioCare I bought the ₹949 Jio 2GB 84-day plan on 16th May 2026,which includes jiohotstar subscription as well,but JioHotstar is asking me to subscribe again,It’s already included in my recharge plan but subscription shows unsubscribed. Resolve this issue on priority

    "Highly frustrated with @JioCare @reliancejio. Even with an active 5G plan in a strong 5G area, my network forces back to 4G the moment heavy data usage starts. This feels like a scam. Fix this network throttling ASAP!
