    Dear @VodafoneIN I don’t know when you ll resolve network issues. It’s been almost five years I am facing network issues at home. For data connectivity I started using @reliancejio as secondary number. I wish not to port Vodafone number with any other company. Do something.

    @MiralSalunke @VodafoneIN @reliancejio Honestly I agree with you. I so wish I couldn’t have recharged for the year. Hoping @VodafoneIN to resolve the issue else definitely once this recharge is over I ll switch to other network. There’s no option only even after being client from almost 6-7 years.

    @reliancejio I have chosen jio fiber from act fiber since your delivery executive has been promised me the plan of 3 months subscription with 1 month extra free , but now I am getting messages for the recharge, when I connected with customer they are saying there are no vouchers

    @JioCare, Jio mobile, your porting service home delivery is a bluff, as you team promise to reach in 30 mins but no one reached after 6 hours, that means service is a bluff, then customer take follow up then executive say, he reach in 10 mins but he didn't reach after 1.30 hrs

    @JioCare travelling on an international flight and bought an IR 2875 pack but neither the customer care app nor the MyJio app would allow me to activate the plan. It says "You may activate" but there is no option to do so. Calling cusotmer care was ineffective also emailed.
