    @JioCare @reliancejio You customer care guys are so uninterested. They sign of from chat without solving my problem. I am not getting OTPs from multiple websites (banks, hospitals, insurance companies, etc) But they say it is a problem with banks. Not with Jio.

    @JioCare now connection is stable but internet speed is very poor even though i am unable to browse any website or app. It is almoast in bytes (not in KB) kindly solve the problem

    @JioCare I am using jio fiber connection and voice services are not working on it, i am not able to recieve or dial any Phone calls, raised a request with you 3 days ago but no resolution, you resolved it daily without checking and i have to reopen again, SR00001D18BM.

    @reliancejio the internet service in Silchar Assam area including others was supposed to be suspended till 12 pm, every other network providers have resumed service after 12 pm but jio is still not working even after one and half hour of the stipulated time.Any special direction?
