    @ViCustomerCare I am very happy with the your service.Very good network coverage and very good with your services where there is neither @airtelindia nor @reliancejio, I was troubled by both but VI is very good. I am veryhappy.But HelloTune Services is not free.I am Disappointed

    @JioCare The engineer visit was scheduled the next day of the complaint i.e on the 25th. No response. I called customer service they give me foolish excuses. Neither I was given the service engineers number nor had he contacted me even once.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Even after complaining 2 times in consumer complaint I haven't got my JioFiber security deposit. Not even any JioCare representative update me about this since last 45 days. Now I have last option to File a complaint on Consumer Forum court to settle this.

    @JioCare You all representative of Jio are helping JioFiber in doing fraud. You all always says rest assured your refund is initiated and will recieve in 7 to 10 days. But I have never got any refund in my account even after complaining twice in Consumer complaint and 50 times in Jiocare
