Now got a new mail that new installation date is 18th. So you don't stand by your commitment. Whats the procedure to get the refund. #Jiodown #JioFiber

    @reliancejio I'm disappointed at the services JioFiber is providing. Even after paying the amount it is showing due. We tried to reach out to customer care and they cut our call TWICE !!! Postpaid JioFiber ( +91- 2235733630 ) Expecting better customer service from you guys.

    @RishiRajKeshav2 They claim that they have good network, but ground reality is something else. I have had this experience in the past, finally moved all my numbers to Jio, suggest you also do the same @JioCare

    @JioCare from past couple of day I'm not able to receive text message of data usage from your side, through which it is difficult for me to use my daily data quota and set a limit on using it for surfing on internet. Please Help !
