    I have waited more than 20 mins many times to talk to your executive but no response. Your customer support is really frustrating and not helpful anyhow. How long we should waste our time to have conversation with your customer executive. Please solve my issue asap. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have Jio fiber connection it is not working properly since many days I tried to contact Jio care support many times but no response from their side. Even I registered my problem on Jio site but no solution, didn't expect this from Jio.

    @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice @JioCare Jio fiber is down frm last 3-4 hours in Lajpat ngr, ND. No success in registering comp on WhatsApp, Myjio app and the cust care support. Looks like everything is down in Jio. Pls look into the same on priority.

    @JioCare has possibly the worst possible service. It took an hour to book a technician visit coz my jiofibre is down and he can't come before tomorrow. The app sucks. All you care about is advertising. Worst experience. #jiosucks
