  @JioCare Despite subscribing to Jio annual plan of Rs 3599 , availability of Internet in Sector 48, Noida is highly hopeless. For last many months, Internet disappeared almost every 5 minutes for few minutes and so on. Please improve your service to avoid porting to Airtel.

  @JioCare Refund of ₹2,221.46 for my cancelled Jio AirFiber is still pending even after 18 days. Service could not be installed due to no tower coverage, as confirmed by your engineer. Multiple emails to customer carehave not resolved this.Please process the refund immediately.

  @JioCare Same automated replies mil rahe hain but actual resolution nahi. Mera Jio number automatically band ho gaya hai. Requesting a proper review and immediate support to restore the number.
