    @JioCare I follow all the steps given by customer care through sms from @reliancejio but no relief from the problem I face They give the same pathway which you suggest So please check your signal quality When I not want to recharge this disgusting sim then you people call for recharge

    @JioCare I need the connection today, or let me know the process of refund. This has been the worst service ever. Your guys switch off their phones and don't answer the calls at all.

    @JioCare network is very poor my area Other network jio increase recharge charge but not increase network in varanasi susuwahi.

    . @JioCare your service is so poor. Raised an issue with respect to wiring. But your irresponsible backend team closed the issue without attending or informing the customer. My registered jiofibernet number is 8079650389. Kindly arrange the call with the area manager soon.

    @airtelindia has the worst customer care service in the country. After 5 calls with their annoying customer idr I got nowhere with my issue. This is the last straw! Switching over to @reliancejio. @airtelindia you just lost an 14 Yr customer all thanks to your ****** service.
