    @JioCare It has already been 6+ days without services, with no clear timeline, no SR acknowledgement, and no ability to connect with customer care due to the predefined IVR message, hence pls share the process to close the connection and rebate the monthly charges as there was no service

    Extremely disappointed with @JioCare. It’s been over 48 hours since I booked my JioFiber installation, and I’m still waiting. No one has showed up or even bothered to call. Is this the standard of service now? Please look into this ASAP. #RelianceJio @jagograhakjago @nch1915

    Idk but from yesterday my internet only working when its 5G. But as soon as its 4g nothing works @airtelindia. Before yesterday this was not the case. @airtelindia give me resolution instant cause in 2 days my recharge will end, so its also the best time to port to @reliancejio.

    @JioCare My JioFiber connection is down for more than 21 hours. Constant delays in resolution time are unacceptable. The router still shows a red light. Need an immediate technician visit!

    @JioCare Appointment will be fixed, I will get the message, engineer won't come, reschedule, and repeat... That is the reason I am asking this question. Whether you can do it today or can you refund my amount back. Please escalate this issue

    @JioCare I have never seen such poor service from any company. My router replacement request has been pending for the last three days, and every day the time slot keeps getting changed. I am unable to work because there is no internet connection. Service Request Number: SR000035BLMN

    @JioCare Very poor service from jio customer care as well as jio service engineer. Service engineer has taken airfiber installation location but after that he has not come and is not lifting my phone call also.

    @JioCare My JioFiber issue is finally resolved after continuous follow-ups & escalations. However, services remained disrupted from 6-May-26 causing inconvenience, work impact & financial loss. Request refund/validity extension for downtime. Contd 1/2
