@JioCare My grandfather was using his no. since 25+ yrs which lost. Now he is unable to retrieve the same as his fingerprint on aadhaar card is not matching. Please stop harassing a senior citizen by asking to come to store everytime and provide a solution

@JioCare Just to know information that this is the third request I’m raising in last one month considering the promises done by the representative that the DP will be installed in 3 days If jio is not serving in metros how can one think of getting service in tier 2 & 3 cities ?

@JioCare @reliancejio i think need to change the operator now as jio had enough users now due to which they dont care for any customer query. Call got disconnected 5 times without proper resolution and no complaint was taken
