    @reliancejio @JioCare what a wonderful service u have, my Internet is down since yesterday, I raised a complaint, now I receive a call from Jio rep asking me to disconnect my existing connection and pay upfront for installation and security & take up a new connection. Seriously!!

    @JioCare Now installation is pending from 13th March, installation date got multiple reshedule.i can't wait any fix it by EOD or else refund.i will get bsnl @BSNL_JKD need fiber at home

    I don't understand, Why doesn't a jio Fiber Team Pick up call? I have paid for the new fiber connection on 6th May and still No update till now from jio Team. They don't pick calls they don't revert back. Can this issue be addressed. #jiofiber @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare The solution you have sent it to me is not working because the problem is not with my device the problem is with the network tower in our area and the technical team of yours in my area careless. So I can only suggest you that to check your technical team in my area. @JioCare

    I have using @reliancejio from last 6 month. In 6 month, we have raised at-least 12 complaints. We have talk wid customer and in our location supervisor as per him we have road cross connection, so we can’t fix. We didn’t ask to do the road cross connection.

    @reliancejio @JioCare is so bad towards it's customers that it cannot resolve any issue in more than a year after complaint. Network has been bad since we took jio connection but we were assured by customer care that it'll be resolved. Its been 2 years.
