So i logged complain and ur engineer changed & charged 250 for that.If ur products r not durable then y u provide those for recovery of installation cost indirectly

I had complained to jio numerous times regarding this issue on twitter, email as well as customer care. Back in Nov, your representative assured me that my problem would be solved. Also I paid ₹50 in advance for DTH services 2 years ago, and still no update. Indian telecom needs serious improvement.
