    I don’t know why @reliancejio @JioCare your network is down day by day even a single photo needs more thans 20 seconds to downloads. Now time to change the sim and use another one with good speed of internet. your company can only increase your recharge h rates not speed.

    Repeated @JioCare fiber issues again within 3 days of closure. Multiple complaints & visits done, but no permanent fix. Assigned person says he isn’t belongs to the team. Poor coordination & recurring downtime. I wouldn’t recommend going for Jio Fiber. @reliancejio @TRAI #down

    @JioCare A few days is how many.. Your employee came to my house to complete his target, did everything online and made a building ID 2 kilometers away. Today it has been 1 month since that incident... Your air fiber has not arrived at my house yet, nor has anyone contacted me.. 🙏

    @JioCare Hi Neha,I have already shared the details multiple times with your team. Every time I receive the same generic response but no actual resolution or installation update. This delay has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Please stop sending automated replies
