I hv raised this issue several times in the past but you reply non sense that the area has good coverage and the issue is temporary. I'm saying again, the problem onsets with power cut.

There is hardly any location in the entire township where I can say you are providing 4G internet speed. Even with full signal strength, internet is creeping slow. Look into it please.

Pratik Doctor (@pratik070191) reportedFiled a complaint on May 13th with @JioCare @reliancejio Since then, the appointment has been rescheduled 3-4 times, yet nobody has turned up. Calling the customer helpline is absoultely useless, they just read a script and have no idea of ground issues.
