    @reliancejio i am very disappointed through jio. The speed is about 100kbs surfing speed in 2020. How redecules is that you are just avertising the network is good but at ground level the spped is that. How can we work in these conditions. I am complaining so many times but ..

    @JioCare @reliancejio Our JioAirFiber has been down since 18 Aug. Despite 3–4 engineer visits, the issue remains unresolved. SR No:SR00002NJCZC.This is causing major inconvenience. Please escalate and resolve urgently. #JioAirFiber

    @TRAI, @JioCare executive refused to give complaint number regarding poor 5G network, citing system limitations. @DoT_India Please take action and force telcos to register a complaint atleast, so that it can be escalated and tracked.

    @JioCare My question is why my previous request closed without installation. What guarantee is there this request will not be closed without installing. How long you want me to raise complaint like this. What is the deadline you are having now . Why there is no action taken .

    @jayantt_goyal @reliancejio @JioCare I am facing installation issue. They promised to install Jio Fiber within 48 hours and it's been 14 days and still no update. Very disappointing.

    Is it really leagal to threatening me to block my number while I'm not recharge for a month ..? Today I got a call from Jio customer care and they said going to block my number if I'm not recharge today. @TRAI @reliancejio
