    @geekyranjit I find very BAD experience after I cancel the connection within JIOFiber trial offer. @JioCare neglects customer refund, its been 40 days now no sign of refund, Please speak about After Service experience in your videos too. As far refund, there is indefinite delay.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio Fiber connection disconnected since past 3 days. Raised complaint but no one coming for resolution. On calling team only rescheduling. Giving excuses WFH! Our WFH is suffering bcoz of urs!! SR000017AVQA

    @vikasfadatare @JioCare @tejakamini It is expected from Jio. And rather than resolving the issue they are busy replying to tweets with people having issues with Airtel or Vodafone just to increase their marketing

    @SaVio0121 @geekyranjit @reliancejio Not everyone can pay 9000 at once, there are people who can pay upto 2-3k down payment at a time and continue to pay 300-400 per month. And it is really good move to improve digital literacy as even the poorest can afford it now
