    @JioCare i accidentally recharged β‚Ή302 on a wrong number (XXXXX-6321). Customer care is not helping, and I have received no reply to my email either. I am working hard in the UAE and this is my hard-earned money. Please transfer this recharge to my correct number (XXXXX-2162).

    @reliancejio @JioCare Hi your internet services in my area in NCR is intermittent since last 6 hrs and when complained to customer care , they say they will take 24 hrs. Will you give me a rebate of the outage. Pl sort it out ASAP

    @JioCare Hi, id applied for a number port. It's been 24 hours since the sim got physically delivered. I have no channel to escalate and the person who delivered is not helpful to resolve the issue. How can I work towards a resolution.

    @JioCare Multiple device I only do office work. I do not have multiple network band on my router. Thats how the technician set this up. He informed that it has 2.4 and 5 Ghz intrigated in single network. Now could you please arrange a technician so that he can visit and check the issue?
