    @JioCare my internet speed is very slow and network is also not good please solve this problem or else we will look into other networks

    @JioCare activated JioAutoPay to recharge Jio Fiber connection. But it always sends me SMS that JioAutoPay recharge for JioFiber Service ID could not be processed due to Payment request amount does not match the Subscription contract. And i send up manually recharging it! Why??

    @JioCare This is the same reply I get from a different employee everytime; atleast be honest and accept that you guys hire thieves and are not going to take any action against this. Highly disappointed with your so called customer care.

    @reliancejio From last few days, your network sucks, even 2G Vodafone was better then last few days 4G jio. Whenever we complained about this to customer casr, your usual reply is maintenance is going on, Grow up Jio.

    @reliancejio I am tired of Jio & now wish to PORT OUT from my Jio by my next Re-charge .. Today for over 2-3 hours i had NO INTERNET CONNECTION & even now facing problem YOU ARE LOOTING CUSTOMERS... REFUND MY MONEY BACK.
