    @JioCare After wasting three days you need a DM, even though every details like order id and request numbers are already shared over email, same is also mentioned here in the post, still you need a DM. Never seen a poor service like jio.

    Hi @reliancejio @JioCare , For the past few months, we have been experiencing constant WiFi issues which have directly impacted my business. I have tried reaching out to the team multiple times. Each time, a technician comes, makes a temporary fix, assures me there won’t be any further problems, and then the same issues return. They even installed a brand new WiFi router recently, but the problem is still exactly the same. In our estate, several have already switched to Airtel, and we are also moving. Thank you.

    Disappointed with @reliancejio @JioCare. Spoke to customer care for discontinuing jiofiber service on number “+91-2231847064”. Rude conversation with staff and line was disconnected without confirmation. Sent 2 emails to Jio care, no response.
