    @venumaadhav I don't think they have eSIM service for CUG / Corporate users. Meanwhile you can try @reliancejio service. They do have eSIM facility for all the customer. You can directly switch to eSIM of Jio.

    @JioCare Paid 10612.92 Rs. for jio fiber on the date of 04 Oct. 2022 but still not providing Invoice for that really worst service. trying to reach customer care and while talking with customer care executive name SUMIT ask me to hold on call and then disconnect my call

    What can a consumer do if continuously facing network issues, not able to watch online videos and customer support is just saying issue will be resolved? Paying tarrif for virtually no service and not a single action has been taken to resolve the issue. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Still no resolution from your end. So now i have a unused 2nd router for which i paid Rs 2447 and i didnt get to use it, I cannot cancel it. My money wont be refunded until device is pivked up.

    @reliancejio Your customerservice executive in Dalli Rajhara (Chhattisgarh) is completely pathetic and mannerless. We went today to convert or sim from prepaid to postpaid and customer executive there first today it's free and then charged us 1100INR and when we told we don't
