    @BLR_Avgeek @reliancejio I keep getting an assortment of responses - incorrect installation address, low power on pole, customer not available, etcetc - and each message says PLEASE PAY AGAIN BOOK AGAIN. What happened to the earlier payment? NO SHOW. Maybe this is a new revenue model @reliancejio

    @JioCare I have ordered 1kg Gulabjamun through Nio app. But delivered Rasgulla. Contacted customer care, but no response. So I realised that Jio is cheeting customers during this Dewali. It's shame to Jio.

    @JioCare Not received any call on sharing number. I called customer care center multiple times, no resolution provided and account is also suspended. Already paid extra amount compare to services provided.
