    @vikassingh48914 @reliancejio @JioCare I am also facing similar issue with my Jio Airfiber connection from last one month. I have already raised this issue with the Jio customer support and later escalated to appellate authority but nothing changed. I would recommend you to end Jio services, they are not going to help

    @JioCare my connection +91-6762316864 JioFiber is now disconnected since half an hour. Your service team is saying it will take 4 hours to resolve the issue. Sunday evening spoiled. No one should bye the bundled pack (internet plus stb). Local cable connection se tv to chalta

    @reliancejio @JioCare bcoz of they incapability of service during their working hours I have sit without service for whole 3 days if incase it is clear this on Monday night. Payments should be paid on time but service? #Pathetic (2/2)

    @JioCare Why am I continuously receiving wrong feedback updates from Jio Customer Care and the technician team? Before updating the service request status, you should verify with the customer whether any technician has actually visited the location or not. (2/3)
