    @JioCare Paid ₹2221.46 for JioAirFiber (Order ID: NO0001CMRLA6) on April 1. No installation done, order still shows “installation pending”. Unable to cancel – IVR blocked, only auto email replies. Filing consumer complaint now. Need immediate cancellation and refund.

    @JioCare Than how come I'm using it from last 5+ years, how can this became all of a sudden long wiring issue. Instead of you suggesting me AirFiber I suggest you to install one more DP near to my home to avoid your long distance issue.

    @JioCare @JioCare There is a serious network issue in our area. During WhatsApp calls, even photos don’t load and calling quality is very poor. Despite paying for full recharge, the service is not satisfactory. Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest.

    @JioCare It’s been over a year of continuous network issues and zero real resolution. Complaints get closed without fixes, technicians never show up, and customers are left helpless. What exactly are we paying for? Completely unacceptable. #PatheticService #WorstNetworkOperator

    hoping someone senior from @RIL_Updates @reliancejio look into this but the support engineer mentioned that folks from Mumbai hasn’t supplied for months hence they have to indulge in unethical practice of switching ports and disconnecting paid users for months. This is corruption
