@JioCare normally my fiber used to be okay for a month after repair. This time it is gone after 4 days of repair. I was told I shouldn't have problems for at least 4 months... months mean days I came to know from jio.

@JioCare I don't understand the reason why @reliancejio is not able to resolve the issue when there is already one active jio fiber connection properly working in my apartment. Mentioning technical fault is just another excuse to escape from doing hard work.

@reliancejio @JioCare Jio running a scam where they show a plan on their portal and when you pay for it they denied the services and refund as well. I bought 2599 plan where I should get 12 month jioservices +hotstar subscription and Jio denied; Complaint number - MR0000XZKVVMC
