@JioCare @reliancejio OFC laid in my town 2/3 years back. Cable is 25 metres away from my home. Still #Jiofibre service not commenced. Why so much delay?

@reliancejio @JioCare My JioFibre connection was closed on 4th Oct 21 and the router should have been picked up in a weeks time. What is the problem with the uninstallation process? While installing you were pretty quick! #bad_customer_service

@JioCare I had applied for JioFiber on 12th Oct by paying INR 1500,post which no communication from Jio and thr sales person Rakesh has stopped answering my calls and customer care number do not work. This for Noida location

Hey @reliancejio @JioCare I have been trying to get jio fiber in my area and my area is eligible to get jio fiber after calling several time to jio executive they are not helping me to get jio fiber it's like they didn't care Really this is the worst service by you 😡😡

@JioCare De Justin I already informed that there is issue at your end. For postpaid upc is not generated even credit balance. For prepaid it is generating both card are jio Therefore it is the issue from Jio only not from MCH
