    @JioCare @JioCare to all customers, be aware fraud in JIO, they charged the amount and never installed the connection and will not refund the amount, please be cautious while go with JiO fiber, from last 2 weeks I am waiting for refund. Already mail to there customer care . Totally fraud

    @JioCare @reliancejio Internet speed bahut slow chal raha hai last 2 din se. Sirf 2.2 Mbps aa raha hai. Location: Balijori, Jharsuguda, Odisha - 768202 Please urgently check and resolve this issue. Network use karna mushkil ho gaya hai.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber @reliancejio Please remove your Jio fiber connection from here, it is not working for the last 3 days, I am facing a lot of problems because of this, my recharge amount is getting wasted, your service is very bad, so please remove it.

    @JioCare My complaint date is 13 April 2026 and today 24 April it's 11 days gone but the issue is still not resolved which type service is jio provided is call making fool jio is doing frod with coustomer if jio si not able to to provide service then don't sell connection.
