Hi @reliancejio @JioCare am using your services from ab initio but from 5-6 days am facing network issues that effect me badly my Sessions got cancelled and guess what when am calling to customer care they giving more horrible reason (because of so many users in the area) .

@JioCare @reliancejio totally fails in giving 4g internet speed during this lockdown period. Airtel shows a much better speed. So I think they have created huge database of customers but with poor quality. Time to switch .

@JioCare your internet sucks... already have complained several times in last one month but no positive response. everytime customer care ppl says we are looking into issue and no sla is given for resolution. I am hardly getting 40-50kbps in jiofi dongle. Pls look into it asap.

@JioCare @reliancejio I had port my sim two week ago from airtel to jio. The sim will work after 3-4 days that the jio operater said after 5 days when the sim is not working he said I have to again verify your profile and gave a new sim but the sim is not working.
