@101_inspect @JioCare There was a time my account was locked, I tried changing the password to give me access which continued for a long time after contacting support no response, I contacted #techietask_support on Insta and it was positive. I think they can help you too

@JioCare Thanks @reliancejio for your superb service. But since last few months whenever power goes off in my area jio network shows "network is not available".Please look into it now its frustrating after complaining so many times with cust_care they haven't solve this issue.
