    All the telecom companies increases there recharge cost and internet charges but still not improve the service, while using internet it work very bad even not able see the what's status or unable to search anything on google. @airtelindia , @reliancejio @TRAI

    @JioCare I'm using 3 jio sims within 28 days one of the three sims,drains (whole one day datas) automatically during 12am to 6am without using exhausts, it is happening each month, but you(jio team) never accepts my feedbacks(only jio justifys, shields , it's own system. So restore it

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare, an engineer visited, but he is denying he can fix the speed and disconnection issue. He is saying 100 Mbps will not work on a laptop. What kind of explanation is this? Why does the sales team sell products without ensuring services? Kindly proceed with the refund.

    @JioCare @reliancejio My JioFiber internet isn’t working since 30th March and despite multiple calls with customer care I still don’t have any resolution to this. No engineer visited my home to fix the issue. Is this how terrible your customer service is?

    @JioCare And their representative told me that sim was delivered at your address in 24 hours but till now no one call me to deliver sim worst experience ever kindly don't buy jio sim online.
